I placed an order on October 23rd and it didn’t arrive until November 20th

I ordered three products, and received an order confirmation from them. However, after a full month had passed, I had not received anything more from them - no product, and no shipping confirmation either. I attempted to reach out to them using the help form on their website, and received no response, even after a full week. I called their phone number listed on their website and was unable to get ahold of anyone there either, but was instead directed by an automated voice to send an email. Luckily, when I did that and asked what was going on I finally got ahold of someone - who told me that my products were out of stock (this was not indicated anywhere on the website when I placed the order) and my money was refunded (the only reason this is a two star review rather than a one-star). The lack of communication, in regards to potential shipping dates, whether or not things are in stock, and the difficulties in getting help made this a very frustrating experience for me.

I received my order yesterday and I am amazed each time by the speed of the delivery times. I have to deal with other distributors in Canada, but you are the only ones who have fast delivery times and I appreciate that greatly. Long life to your great business

The processing time took nearly 4 weeks and I ultimately had to cancel the order. There was no warning about processing delays or backordered products at the time of purchase and I had to email several times before I could find out what was happening with my order. Multiple calls also went unanswered. It was so hard to reach a live person that I thought the company had gone out of business. When someone finally did respond, they apologized but told me it would be another 10 days before the order even shipped out. I asked them to cancel the order which they did, and I have since found a more reliable supplier for my business.

Product is very good, but my order has been on hold for a month and a half and customer service has been unreachable.

I've been shopping with New Directions for nearly 7 years. I have never not gotten the highest quality products and on the few times I have had to speak to someone live, the help is always knowledgable and polite.

the month long wait for my order to be delivered was surprising but, knowing that it was due to particular circumstances, i didn't care. my order was delivered when promised after i had asked about it. so that was good. and the products were packed really nicely and were great quality.
