Great lead time.
Good product.

The bat was delivered in good condition too the correct address but the only slight issue was that the bat face was peeling slightly.

Very good company, with great customer service.

Super quality at a really good price and Adam’s customer service is excellent. Thank you Neon.

Service was amazing, checkout is easy and product came really quickly and nothing happened to the parcel

Used Neon for a number of years, always good quality products

Excellent quality bats and was thoroughly impressed by how I was kept up to date with the journey and ETA of my delivery so that I could know when I’d first get to use it.

I bought a Professional Heavy cricket bat with a protective sleeve. Ordered it on 30/06/2023 and it arrived on 12/07/2023. I was given a set of gloves from Cricket District, when they held an event at Sixes Social Cricket earlier this year, which prompted me to give Neon Cricket a go.

So far, I've tested it out against a indoor cricket nets simulator with soft balls and during an outdoors nets training session. The bat picks up really well and has a very nice feel to it. It feels very good, although maybe slightly lighter than my previous GN bat. Excited to see how it goes in a real match!

Are all bats blessed by Ian Bell before they're shipped off? No idea, but it does feel like it.

Easy system to navigate around, Good communication & quick delivery. Good quality goods.

Awesome kit. Top quality bat. Great customer service.

Very good customer service
However delivery time could be quicker
But overall quite a good experience and brilliant bag

Got the neon white performance with light weight and I feel I could unload my seed on it every 4 milliseconds

Brilliant bat refurb service - goes in as a slightly knackered old bat (won’t name brand here) comes out as a shiny new Neon bat - what’s not to like😀

I have ordered the adult duffle bag = totally brilliant. by far the best cricket bag on the market.

Which then led to 2 crickets for my young adult children. Both bats are Short handle. They are fantastic.

Can not say enough good things about the brand and quality of equipment.

Quick and easy ordering, really fast delivery

Super customer service with a great product at the end.
