trash piled in front of unit door blocking entrance. Multiple calls no result...one guy said "I see you have two units..which one is blocked, please email me a picture" both units are on same isle..... Mehr ansehen
I feel the rate changes and added insurance is a unfair increase to long term tenants is outrageous. Due to no building buy out as well new location! Turn out over the 6th year period no free mouth... Mehr ansehen

Very Happy with storage unit
The units are clean and the road between units are enough for 2 cars side by side. This is a plus, so you don't have to worry about blocking someone trying to go by.

nice facilities...but...
Nice facilities in seemingly convenient locations....but c'mon....it's a storage unit! The rent goes up at least $5 a year....which I find amazing. Owner Greed perhaps? That's my guess. They know it's a pain in the butt to move...so they stick it to you.

Sometimes when we assume management of a facility, customer rates are significantly below what would be considered market. Rather than adjust these rates all at once, we first invest in the property, upgrading amenities like customer service office, keypad access, and video surveillance.
We value our long term customers and if rates are increased, we 1) attempt to make the increase reasonable and 2) never increase to an amount higher than what a new customer would pay.
Our goal is to provide convenient locations and excellent customer service, and this includes paying a reasonable price.

There is nowhere I would rather store. Clean, well-maintained, conveniently-located facilities - friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff - outstanding customer service - great value for money. I also like that the company is family owned and operated by people who live in Marion County. I've been storing with Neighborhood for years. Two thumbs up!

THE BEST STORAGE FACILITIES IN MARION COUNTY!
I rented a storage unit at the Neighborhood Storage located on West Hwy 40. The service I got from Lacee was outstanding. The facility was very clean and easy to navigate. I would recommend Neighborhood to storage to anyone needing storage. They are the best!!!!! Lacee's number is 854-2777.
