I would give zero stars if I could. Their business practice is shady at the least. Customers are duped into a subscription plan with no way out. I don't care how good a product is I would never do business with a company that makes your exit difficult.

This is a SCAM. Processed an order I had not placed. No customer service telephone. Absolutely terrible.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! They automatically charge my card EVERY month for a product that does not work!!! No way to contact them. Need to block the card. Do not order from this site. And they are rebranding to LYMPHORIA. Changing name. Illegal scam.

This is a scam!!! I purchased one time and it’s definitely not what I was intended on getting. They have been sending me orders every month after I specifically stated I did not want to continuous orders and there is no way to cancel. Stay away from this site and product. They should be ashamed of themselves taking peoples money and stealing from them.

On October 29th I placed an order for “Nature’s Sunrise Wellness Drops”.
When I tried to track my order it shows that the order was delivered on 6 November.
I have not received any shipment to date, neither was I contacted for delivery of my order.
Three emails were sent and I have got no response from the company.
They then have the unprofessional gall to charge me for a repeat order considering the fact that I emailed on three occasions about my previous order which never arrived. This makes me wonder whether they are running a scam and this leaves me with a bitter taste of disappointment and disgust regarding the company.

this company is am absolute nightmare. The website might as well not exist. I have tried several times to find out how to cancel my subscription. it does not exist. they give you runaround and apologize woth Zendesk BS NO number to call. just another scam company trying to take as many people as they can before they go under. would give negative 50if i could.

As others it signs you up to a subscription that you don't know about then when you try and canx it is impossible. I canx my card - very disappointing!

If I could give zero stars, I would please be aware and do not order from this company like everyone else says it is a scam and there is a hidden subscription that you don’t see a pot check out my card has not been charged for the second time and I still haven’t even received my first package.

I recently purchased a product from Nature’s Sunrise and was extremely disappointed to discover that I was automatically placed into a subscription without my consent. There was absolutely no clear disclosure at checkout that this was a recurring order.

I’ve now been billed again for a product I did not authorise, and there is no way to cancel the subscription through their website. This feels deceptive and completely unacceptable. I’ve contacted them requesting cancellation and a refund, and I am still waiting for a proper resolution.

Customers deserve transparency, and companies should not be signing people up for subscriptions without clear permission. Very disappointing experience.

It automatically signs you up for a subscription with no way to cancel it. The email they have sent you is a form letter, but it does not cancel the subscription.

Keep trying to take money from my bank account without my permission - I definitely didn't sign up for a subscription or recurring payment!

Purchased a bottle of their supplement. It came fairly quickly but due to breastfeeding I was unable to take it. But a month later they had charged me a second time. I contacted them immediately and enquired about this charge and if I had possibly been signed up to a subscription that I was unaware of when I made the initial purchase to which they have not responded to my emails nor have I received a second bottle that I've apparently paid for. I had to block this bussiness from taking any further payments without concent and they are investigating! I strongly suggest you steer clear of this disingenuous site!

As others have stated, they misrepresent the US. I made a purchase for this product in August 2025. I didn’t get my order for 6 weeks, at which time I discovered that I was charged for another order for September. I immediately contacted the company to dispute and ask for cancellation. I received my first purchase which came from China. I thought it was resolved until I was charged again in October. I received my second package from California. I contacted them again and requested to cancel as per the websites policy that you can cancel at anytime (mind you, I never signed up for a subscription). Last week, I contacted my creditor to dispute the charge for October specifically and informed about the September charge that was not authorized. My third package came from Pennsylvania last week. My creditor has opened an investigation and I have to wait until the investigation is closed for resolution. This can take 40-60 days for resolution. In this call I was told that I would not be charged again in the future. I checked this morning and I was charged again and now have another order being shipped to me that I did not authorize. I contacted this company again a third time this morning and my creditor. I was informed that I may continue to get charged until this is resolved where I may or may not get my money back. I was told someone will be calling me back in 7-10 days as they are actively investigating this company. Frustration is an understatement. I blocked my card last week yet they were still able to authorize the purchase yesterday.

As for the product, I can’t assess its efficacy as my stress levels are too high to effect whether it works or not. I was charged for a second order before I even began to use my first order. In fact I have been so put off in using this product that I now have a total of 19 bottles that I will not be using with another order on its way.

When I received the package it was small plastic bottles, no dropper, no instructions. Each bottle is individually labeled and completely sealed in plastic.

The first charge on my credit card was for a company called “Purity Oil” the charge for September & October was for “Nature’s Sunrise” and yesterday’s purchase was for “(Creditor name) Purchase”. All for the same amount with confirmation of purchase emails that state a different name from what is showing up on my credit statements.

Please heed my warning, avoid this company at all costs!

This company misrepresentation of a US product, comes from China. All adds show a quality product and a dropper closure for use. Arrived a month later, no help or extra information from company and I received a plastic bottle without a dropper closure. If it was a quality product it wouldn't be in a plastic bottle and they subscribe you to an automatic reoccurring order. Even though I stated I wanted a refund and no more product, they continued to try and charge me again. Impossible to get a real reply and cancelation. This is a total scam!

I would really like to give no stars I order these Lymphatic drops October 2nd got an email October 4 that my Oder is being prepared to ship it is now October 16 and the tracking link that was sent to me after I complained the package has not moved at all and apparently it is coming from Hong Kong cause it shows it was in HK Center which I am guessing since it is taking so long. Customer service really isn’t helping at all they keep sending me the same thing that it’s in transit and that normally it takes 5-9 days to deliver it has been 12 days since it supposedly ship and 14 since I ordered it.
