Quality food, my dogs love it. Recyclable packaging, and a new website with new subscription. Excellent customer service. Would recommend ,and do ,when asked.

No complaints from my dog, she loves every mouth full

Excellent food, Excellent packaging, Excellent Customer Service. 5 * from us at Amber Pets :)

The food arrives without any fuss. The dog loves the different flavours and now even our cat prefers the raw food! I prefer giving the dog raw food, not smelly like packet or tinned food and what comes out the other end is much less pungent too! Altogether the whole family are happy we are a Naturaw house!

We've been ordering from Naturaw for a long time and their service has consistently been excellent. The new, more user-friendly website has made ordering even smoother, which I really appreciate. Deliveries always arrive on time and still perfectly frozen — on the rare occasion something goes wrong, it’s down to DPD mixing up our address, never Naturaw.

My dog absolutely loves every single thing we’ve tried from them. The only thing I miss is being able to return the old wool liners for reuse, but I completely understand that it’s not as economical for them anymore.

Overall, I highly recommend Naturaw — great company, great products, and great service.

Naturaw dog food - I have been purchasing dog food from here for at least a year now and my dog absolutely loves it! The raw dog food itself is excellent quality and there are a variety of different meat combinations. We also purchase some of the treats my dog particularly loves the beef, rosehip & nettle treats and I find these are great as you can break one treat up into multiple pieces because they have a soft texture. The packaging that is used is all recyclable just need to give the meat packs it a rinse obviously before putting in your bins. The packaging it comes in when it is delivered keeps the products cold and again all that packaging can be recycled too. Any queries or questions the Customer Service team are great and resolve any issues swiftly. Delivery is quick and the website is nice and easy to use. Would highly recommend for your doggy!

Raw food is just what my Retriever likes. The new website is also better as I can now change the meals in my subscription

Great quality food, fast delivery!

My Boxer just loves this food. Notoriously difficult to feed, he took to it like a duck to water. We haven’t looked back. He has allergies to chicken- we now order the poultry free range, simple and effective. A happy boxer !

The food is well packed and easy to get too, the only problem I feel is that you do not need to put any paper under the dinners, as it causes the paper to get tangled in the food, anyway my dog loves your meals.

First time feeding raw to a pup and really pleased with how she is developing. Service excellent and system easy to use. Like the recyclability of the packaging.

Fab natural raw food - our dog (Border Collie) loves it, her digestion and coat are great and the chicken is free range. Highly recommend!

Good food for my dog. Make my dog healthy. My dogs’ no more bad smell from their body after eating Naturaw.

Since using naturaw, my working spaniel is thriving. Glossy coat, small poops, full of energy. The team are great from ordering to collection.
5 stars from me and pip..👏🏼

We've been feeding Naturaw to our Working Cocker Spaniel since he was 7 months old and he's now just over two years old. The vet says he's in excellent condition and weight, very lean and good muscle definition (what with endless walks). People are always remarking on his silky and shiny coat. He's a happy boy. We alternate between Forage and all meat and also add some kibbles, sprats and salmon oil to the mix.

Naturaw my dogs love it clean bowls every meal package is the best I’ve come across so many different varieties of meat and customer service are exceptional they offer customised advice for your dogs I rate them exceptional .

Great product, perfect for my dogs delicate stomach.
Fast delivery, easy use of website.

The food arrived quickly the next day. Well packed and frozen. Wouldn't use anyone else.
