Fussy dog loves Naturaw!
My Labrador absolutely loves Naturaws food. He’s very fussy and having tried many different brands I’m happy he’s finally found one he’ll consistently eat and enjoy! Fast delivery and I’ve never had any problems.

The best raw food on the market
The best raw food on the market. We tried several brands before and we were often disappointed with the quality or with the amount of plastic we produced.
Our Labrador loves the raw food from Naturaw, and her coat health has improved significantly, despite she is only eating 30% raw and 70%kibble. I also really appreciate that we are not producing more plastic waste with it. It’s pricey but I rather pay for a product with quality and ethics.

Cancelled ALL customer orders with no notice but still taken payment
Food is great but not the price increases , the use of AI and especially cancelling all orders with no notice. Oh and you still remembered to charge me for the order!
I’ve been a subscriber for years but highly likely to change due to all orders being cancelled. my dogs will run out of their usual food this week through no fault of my own and my personal circumstances make it difficult for me to get more naturaw from a supplier.

We are very sorry that we've had to suspend all courier deliveries this week due to the extreme temperatures forecast across the UK. We completely appreciate that this may cause inconvenience; however, our priority is ensuring that orders arrive in perfect condition, and there is a significant risk that this would not be possible during the current weather conditions.
An email was sent to all customers on Monday afternoon advising of the upcoming delays, giving as much notice as possible so that alternative arrangements could be made where necessary.
From the communications you've had with our team, they have offered a couple of solutions, one of which being a local Naturaw stockist which offers same-day deliveries in your area.

It’s rare that I leave a negative review …. The food is excellent and I have used nothing else for a few years. I have recommended the food across dog food forums religiously.
3 stars are given because the quality of the food has always been excellent,
Recently, Naturaw put up a Facebook post advertising a flavour which would be marketed under the Gay pride logo with profit donated to gay pride. Having no real interest in this, I commented that the flavour looked interesting but that I had no interest in the cause…. nothing derogatory, just that I had no interest .
After all, it’s dog food and I’m not gay, neither is my dog…had it been the Forgotten dogs of Turkey or another dog cause, I would have applauded and even have paid extra.
For this opinion, it appears that I’ve been banned from seeing any of their social media. I now feel forced to make a choice between a considered food option for my dog and their apparent disdain for me as a customer.

Naturaw response below sees them double down on their decision to ban anyone who doesn’t wholeheartedly support their promotion… Bigotry is a one way street apparently and inclusion isn’t for everyone. I said nothing negative , literally -

So… Naturaw is still great food for your dog… the social media team… perhaps even the management team have little interest in the Customer it seems and even have an opinion on what you should and shouldn’t say.

We respect that not everyone will share our views but equally we are comfortable being open about our values including our support for the LGBTQ+ community and our desire to be an ally.
The socially responsible thing to do is support one of the most marginalised communities in society who are more likely to be subject to physical, verbal and sexual abuse.
Therefore showing our support is the right thing to do, you don’t have to be a member of that community
Airing your views on our social media platforms are not a human right, they belong to us - we have the right to hide content from there that doesn’t align with our views and marginalises any of our staff and customers who support or may be a part of that community.
If you don’t agree with something you see on social media, the best option is to just scroll by and ignore it. If you wouldn’t go out of your way to walk up to someone in the street and say something, then you should take the same approach on social media - it is not necessary or appropriate to share with everyone how you feel.

Disgusting response from company after the food arrived not fit for purpose
We have been customers of naturaw for many years however after the experience regarding our last order we will definitely not be purchasing from them again. Our order arrived completely defrosted and not even cold, when we contacted them they first blamed us for not ordering a full box, on this occasion we could not afford a full box,as apparently the full boxes stay frozen for longer this response was absolutely disgusting they are suppliers of raw food in no way at all should it matter how many boxes you order it is their responsibility to ensure the food arrives in the condition it is supposed to. We sent numerous pictures clearly showing the trays full of blood and they said the food was fine, yes you can refreeze raw food but only if it has been maintained at fridge temperature and this clearly hadn't and there was absolutely no way that I was going to take the chance of feeding my dog this. The company still wont take any responsibility or refund our money so I will be taking this matter further
UPDATE: as seen in naturaws response to this review they have now taken responsibility for the state the order arrived in and explained that the original response given to this complaint was a misunderstanding as they thought the pictures we sent to them had been taken the following day after the order had been left out of the freezer overnight. They have very kindly offered to send us a full box of food and treats for both my dogs for free to make up for the inconvenience caused

Great food
Great service, great food my dogs been on it for last few years, he's 11 now and supper healthy, lovely coat, clear eyes. Everyone comments on how healthy he looks for his age. Highly recommend this food. I feed various flavours of the forage range.

This company is fab. I have never had any problem with them, their products or their deliveries. They did recently change their web interface which is now a bit clunky (harder to use than before) but I put up with it because the product is so great.

High quality food
My 5 yr old spaniel has been on Naturaw Taster boxes for nearly 2 years and loves them. He’s happy and healthy and looks forward to his meals. The meals are 100% meat, and I supplement with raw broccoli, carrots etc here and there, but I’m happy with meat being the bulk of his diet. He has no health, skin or ear problems and his teeth are great, which I attribute to his high quality diet. We’ve tried other raw food brands before, and he has gone off them quickly, so this seems to hit the spot for him. I also like the company’s ethos, with high quality sustainable meat and biodegradable packaging.

Delivered by DPD so the raw meat is not refrigerated!
This company was suggested to us, but as we are in the catering business,
I was a little reluctant that it’s delivered by DPD ( not refrigerated) concerns me a lot, and reading on their website that if there is a problem with delivery you’d need to contact DPD. If the order doesn’t arrive and you’re waiting on food what happens??? You’re then without your supply.
Their customer service is via a chat online.
I’m very dubious to transfer to this company!
