I love my pets eating raw meat, this is the only supplier we use as it's the best meat, well packaged, good prices. Arrives promptly and still frozen. My animals love the pure chicken.

Missing items & poor service
Missing items. Told their live chat who said they should be there. Told them they weren’t. Agreed to refund (got this in writing) and would take 5 working days. Still nothing 10 days later. Contacted again and said refund hadn’t even been processed yet. Have to wait another 5 days. Went back to ordering after a long break and still making all the same mistakes, this company will never learn!

My partner’s Labrador also turned it down.
I was recommended the food by my vet so placed a rather large order.
