Let me first start off by saying I’ve been using Napsgear for over 20 years. I’ve never had a package not show up. Never had a package show up with bad quality. Over 3/4 of the packages came within 2 weeks. This past January for the first time in 20 years I had a package apparently seized by US customs. I made the mistake of adding on the onky controled substance naps sells that is not anabolic. The wake alert compound provigil. I was notified by letter that customs would be destroying it, but I would not be prosecuted. I had spent close to $200 on the package and assumed the money was gone for good. However, Napsgear proved to me that under any and all conditions that take care of there customers. I was given full credit reimbursemed for what I spent, in addition customer service was very informative instructing me to use a different address and stick to domestic ordering onky for now. Napsgear could have just as easily stopped dealing with me and labeled me a risk . They didn’t. They showed me another reason they are too dawgs in the industry. Thanks Napsgear!!!!
