Sent payment via Zelle and they claim they can't find it despite having a confirmation number and letter from my bank confirming the transaction. Support giving me the runaround for months and trying to scam me out of $1200.

I have been buying from here for over 10 years. Never had 1 issue with the company, or products purchased. Over time they have made the process even easier if that was possible. When I first started domestic shipping wasn't a thing (now it's available where I am). Out of the years I had packages go through customs only 1 was seized, NapsGear immediately reshiped t my order no questions asked. Over the years quality has never been questionable. All results were good if not better than expected. The only other time anything happened I was contacted one product I ordered had just ran out of stock. They offered any change I wanted for said product, ship when available or credit on my next order. This was within hours of placing my order. Loyalty credits are something I love about this company, every order you get credits for your next. So come back (as you should) do your shopping, when you get to check out look at that I have Loyalty credit! almost like a discount for being smart and not going anywhere else. Payment options are great money gram, wire transfer shoot they even started accepting Zelle, of course Bitcoin which there's another discount if you use the money of the internet lol. What more credits from this badass company that's been in business for over a decade! They give you a personal link to share with your friends, which anything purchased you get a percentage of. Did I mention the product selection different pharmas all trustworthy and from around the globe. Legit randomly tested products so you know what your getting is actually what you ordered! Discreet packaging safely wrapped up out of every order I haven't had one product damaged in shipping. Customer service even though I've only talked to them twice in 10 years was fast to respond and fixed the issue immediately no questions asked, no tip toeing around trying to push the blame elsewhere. I'm fairly new to Napsgear (and the entire "gear" world). I know very little. Napsgear has become something of a one-stop-shop for me. If I know what I'm looking for, I can search by category, brand, shipping location, or key word. If I don't know what I'm looking for, I can visit the live Q&A section, where I've literally been able to find the answer to every question I've had.
I'm something of a worrier, and after I placed my very a first order there I was concerned that I had done everything correctly, and emailed their customer support. They were very responsive, quickly responding to every email, and looking up my order to make sure didn't mess anything up (I didn't, I was just making things too complicated in my head).
So far I've ordered 3 times from Napsgear and every time the product came professionally packaged and within nearly the same time frame. I have no concerns about ordering from them in the future. They have a customer for life.

Me and my boy order from roidz 24 usually. And there always on point.They ran pit of injectable dbol.So we gave naps gear a try.He has had good success with them before.We ordered 2 things that injectable dbol and anavar.Waited a month.And come to see our order is missing the injectable dbol.I will fix this review if they do right by us.Buty boy left 2 emails and pics and they have not let us know what there going to do yet.Seems like I got 🏃‍♂️ ran.And probably won't get a refund either.smh.
