Would absolutely not recommend. I pay around R7,000 a month in premiums, submitted a claim for a Dell monitor, and after waiting two weeks was offered a ridiculous R1,600. That’s not just disappointing, it’s insulting.
For a company that markets itself as modern and customer-focused, this experience proves the complete opposite. When you actually need them, they massively underdeliver. Feels like a complete rip-off. Avoid.
