My experience was wonderful. They always treated me with respect and patience, and they answered all my questions and calls. The person who assisted me was always patient and respectful. I will recommend them whenever possible. I am very satisfied and grateful.

So far I guess okay I mean the process is not over it would be better to make a a report after the process is over one way or the other but so far the process has been okay

So far everything is going very smoothly

Great experience top to bottom. They answer every question within a reasonable amount of time , actually I was pleasently surprised at how fast they get back to me . It's so refreshing having not just one representative whos a real person to corrospond with no matter how minor the detail or in my case I have short term memory loss stemming from being in a coma for 3 & 1/2 weeks in 2019 ,no matter how many times I ask the same question. You have a whole team catering to YOU , and they all seem like they really enjoy they're job , you. don't get that sense of fatigue . What I mean is, it's been my experience and my personal opinion only , that a lot of companies across the board no matter the type of business they seem to be over burdened with high case loads , total opposite with Nada , you have a whole team taking care of all your concerns and yo< barely have to lift a finger I mean it's truly a pleasant and also exiting now that I'm already a week away from the finish line I can't believe how fast it went if I had to use one word , Awesome.
