I ordered the steel board along with the nontoxic cleaning kit. 1/27/25, I received the cutting board but the nontoxic
cleaning kit wasn’t included in the shipment. 1/30/25, I sent pics of the product received as requested by the company. 1/31/25 , Sadie with company ensured me the cleaning kit would be shipped to me asap. 3/11/25 & 4/14/25 & 4/17/25, I sent emails to Sadie requesting a refund because I never received the product . 4/24/25 I finally heard back from Sadie, which she stated to give her a few more days to resolve this issue. To date, I haven’t heard back from Sadie.
Over the last few months, I have sent numerous emails to the company requesting a refund on my credit card. To date this company hasn’t provided good customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This company has scammed me out of money.

Extremely Disappointed with My Experience

I had a very negative experience with this company. Not only sit it take over 3mths. They sent faulty goods and did not deliver some of my order at all. When I contacted them for a refund, they insisted that I pay for the return shipping, which is unacceptable given the situation. Faulty goods, missing orders.

Communication was frustrating, and I felt misled throughout the process. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before dealing with this company. They have shown a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction, and I believe others should be aware of my experience. I’m still chasing them for my goods that’s wasn’t delivered.

Wish I could give them a 0. I ordered a board on 11/17. After reaching out over 5 times via email, they kept telling me it was coming. I contacted my credit card and they refunded me, and immediately within 5 days, the board came and the ship date was the day after the credit card threatened to not pay. I waited way too long to contact my credit card, and will not do that again. This company is a horrible company, with horrible customer service, and basically lied to me about the board coming for 4 months! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I’m with everyone else; I wish there was a zero stars option. I ordered a board in December. Although it had not arrived (I was allowing additional time due to the holidays and weather), I stepped out on faith in January and ordered the storage set. Like everyone else, I have not received either product. I have received several emails saying the items are being shipped. I asked if they were shipping via a Huck Finn raft and Pony Express. I have since ordered and received a board from their competitor. Maybe they should check with the competition on shipping logistics as I am still waiting to receive both orders I have with this company.

UPDATE: I submitted a report to the FTC (ReportFraud.ftc.gov) and received a refund from my credit card provider as this was fraud.

03/12 I finally received my Steel boards. They are made well, so I will be changing my review. I am asking for companies that ship from China to offer tracking details that are easy to read and do not require the downloading of potentially harmful software. 02/2025 Ordered several boards in November and none of them were delivered. This company used Meta to advertise their business and Shopify as their payment vendor I Have disputed the charge with my bank, so my credit card will be reimbursed. This is a second Chinese vendor that has not delivered goods to me and insist that they have delivered without any proof of delivery. I will take this up with Meta and with Shopify to verify their vendors.

Deserves 0 stars. Same as all other reviewers. Ordered in November and still have no product. I've exchanged WAY too many emails with them and still no customer service resolution at all. Asked for a refund, but have not received to date. Placed this order over 3 months ago! Total crap company!

Same thing here. THIS IS A TOTAL SHAM! 3 months to get my order coming from China and I paid $89 for a product probably worth $10. They wouldn't refund and I placed a stop order with my bank that they fought! Terrible company!!!!

Same as the other poor reviews. I placed an order late November and have yet to receive the product. I have had numerous email messages with the company, and each time they ask for my patience. We're going on three months since I placed the order so I'm assuming it won't arrive. They also have not honored my request for a refund. Do not purchase from this company.

Deserves zero stars - this company is a scam! I placed my order in late November and as of February 6, nothing! A month ago I got an apologetic email asking for patience and assuring me that my order would arrive. There was even a bogus-looking tracking history. I have written to them several times since then without a reply. Recently my email bounced as undeliverable. Their website gives no information about the company, just an email address. I don't know what state or foreign country it is based in.
A complete ripoff! Can anything be done to shut them down and get my refund?

Ordered December 5 of 2024. It’s February 5, still no board. I emailed them and they are giving me the run around. This is a scam.

Ordered 3 boards and a set of utensils in November. Christmas came and went, no boards. Emailed and got different strange shipping problem excuses. Links to track shipping that didn’t exist. Finally did get boards at the end of January. Never got the utensils. Reading the other reviews here, I had the same experience. I would strongly discourage dealing with them.

Do not order, company is a scam!!! I ordered boards in Nov. After not receiving the order after 6 weeks (and several email communications with a different excuse every time) I requested to cancel and refund: they responded once and offered to only refund 30%. Once I advised I wanted to cancel with full refund, they stopped responding. I can’t get any resolution!!

Really disappointed that it's a scam website. They have now changed their name nontoxickitchen.com probably because of the negative reviews here. Never got my product (it's been a little over 2 months) and have been getting bizarre emails about rain delay and also contacting USPS directly (but no records at USPS).

I posted a review that I had not received my order of 2 cutting boards. I have just received them, 2 months after ordering.

I ordered 3 boards for Christmas on December 1st. I was informed they shipped. When nothing came and Christmas passed I emailed the company and said to cancel the order and refund my money. They said there was a shipping issue and they sent something out from a different warehouse AT THEIR EXPENSE. I finally got one board. I emailed again to ask where the other two were and they asked for a picture of the board and all the packing materials! The person I've been corresponding with is Sadie. I am very disappointed. Probably won't get my money back from the two I never received.

Never received my order. When I would send notes inquiring, I would get apologies for the delays and assurances that it was on the way.
After 60+ days I canceled the order and contacted my bank.
