Your website is NOT user friendly. I can't use it at all. The chat comes up and I do not want to chat and there is no way to remove it from the website. It covers more than half the page and I can't search for anything because of that chat thing. I don't want help I want to look. Keiry Mendoza is VERY helpful, but sometimes I just want to look. The products we've ordered are very high quality. My customers love them. I appreciate the excellent service and regular follow up calls to place additional orders. I really appreciate the good pricing. I can't afford much for this type of advertising, but these products have built such good will with my customers over the years, I find they're worth it. I give them out as free gifts to everyone who comes into my office.

Order placed on 3.30.2026 for pens. I included the logo in the attached. I did receive a phone call confirming my order with a sales rep, I can remember her name. Few days had passed; I had tried calling and emailing the service department for a status update on various dates as I had placed a completed by date of 4.15.2026 on the website. I was notified on 4.23.2026 that there may be an issue with the logo submitted and an email confirming was received. When I responded back, I got no response. Then I received a separate email that the pens were out of stock. So not only are the pens late, there are logo issues, and the pens are out of stock, but now I have to try and reach out again to figure out what's going on with my order. I called the 1800 number and was given the contact information for my sales rep. She is a wonderful lady but insisted the logo was too intricate. I have ordered pens from other websites, same logo. No issues. I was only trying to find a better quality of pen due to the work environment that we are in. She also sent an email with different pen options, all below the pens price I had ordered. No instruction if I was going to receive a credit on the difference. I just wish that this company was a little more on the ball with getting in touch of customers and not making the customer wonder if they will even receive their order. Very frustrating.
