Sam, my support tech, was very knowledgeable and helpful in solving the computer problem I was having, in a timely manner. He was thorough in that explained the process and the steps he was taking. I am overall pleased and highly recommend this service.

They are always polite and helpful
They are always polite and helpful. Yesterday, I had just started talking with them about an issue I was having when the doorbell rang. They said that's OK and that they would call back. They did, and even though it was later than they said, they didn't forget, and were all apologies for not calling as early as they said they would. They ALWAYS get the job done!

Sam was a great representative of MPS
Sam was a great representative of MPS. I had to leave my home and laptop due to a fire alarm yet Sam called me several times when it was my turn for an appointment to ask if I wanted to continue for a tune up. (He did the right thing. He didn't ignore my place in line.) Then when I was offline due to a internet issue during the tune up, he waited patiently during 30 minutes until I got back online. His dedication and patience and MPS' good standard of employees are highly commendable.
