Only issue, was it took me several hours and phone calls to get someone to call me back. When I first joined years ago, my phone call would be taken within a few minutes of calling for assistance.

I applied and got a qualified help from responsive managers. They really were pretty polite and explained everything step by step. I guess if I wouldn't apply to this company I would lost my phone.
