The food was disappointing, Lamb curry was very dry, quality of the lamb, was very chewy, actually tasted more like sheep. This My Lahore branch on Edgeware Road, was pricey and even charged 12.5% service charge on top of bill. I requested to have this taken off.

We always pay a visit to MyLahore, Bradford, when attending the theatre there and this visit was no different.Excellent attentive and welcoming service from Shaf and the team on what was a very busy Saturday.We waited no more than 10 minutes for our table and the food was exceptional!The menu has been extended with even more delicious dishes with so much variety to suit all tastes and the prices remain the most competitive, particularly when you consider the quality of meals produced.We cannot recommend enough and look forwards to our next visit already!

Raza has trained the following people very well despite leaving MyLahore (we miss his presence a lot!)...Jessica, Ali, and Sami are incredibly welcoming and helpful every single time we visit the Bradford flagship restaurant. Jessica is always cheerful and has truly exceptional customer service skills. She affectionately and respectfully calls my best friend “Mama,” which always makes us smile and adds a personal touch to our visits. She makes every experience at MyLahore Bradford memorable with her warm, infectious personality—we absolutely adore her!
Ali and Sami consistently provide outstanding service. Meals are perfectly timed, and they are always attentive, especially in keeping a watchful and caring eye on our autistic son. Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the team; they are genuinely helpful, accommodating, and thoughtful. The food is always served piping hot, and they regularly check in to make sure everything is perfect.
It’s always a pleasure to visit MyLahore Bradford—the atmosphere is buzzing, and the staff go out of their way to seat my family comfortably, often arranging a booth for us. We travel from afar and are always made to feel truly looked after.
The butter chicken is absolutely sublime, and the avocado and salmon vegetable dish is top-notch. The food is consistently high quality, which is why we keep coming back for more. Jessica truly deserves 5 stars, and without a doubt, this is the best place to eat in Bradford by far. It’s worth every penny travelling from Manchester!

MyLahore has something for everyone. The Blackburn restaurant benefits from car parking and a convenient location just off the roundabout.
The restaurant is very spacious and all areas are very clean.
The service is absolutely impeccable and the food gets served within a reasonable amount of time and is extremely hot and fresh. Abdi in particular is a fantastic ambassador of the company. He always looks after us and is ultra professional, respectful and knowledgeable about the menu items.

We ordered on the day from the menu so lots of orders and when the food arrived not one mistake .. the service was outstanding.
The food was delicious, the service of the staff was outstanding the aesthetics of the restaurant was beautiful and clean.
Would highly recommend visiting in small groups or large there was no long waits was perfect day .
The menu had a wide variety of dishes , something for everyone and the portion sizes were perfect.

Lahore Leeds. Cavendish Rd. We visited for my birthday. My wife, Filipino and daughter, vegetarian have diverse tastes, so I thought this was a restaurant to satisfy us all, and I was NOT disappointed! I had JalFrezi, my wife, Fish and rice and my daughter vegetarian burger.
Personally, being an avid consumer of JalFrezi, I was impressed with the quality of beef, and the variety of spices used in the dish. I was careful to ask medium slice, next time I'll ask full spicy, and I was so impressed with the spectrum of flavours associated with the dish. My wife very pleased with fish, Filipinos love fish, and necessary rice! Daughter initial concern, because veggie burgers can be rubbish, she said it was 'awesome'. Thank you. We were all impressed with the decor and high quality of the service we received. Infact it was outstanding. Seating and ambience were immaculate. We had a lovely evening.

If alcohol is your thing, then you'll need to go elsewhere, for us, it's not an issue. It's the food that counts.

Worst and extremely bad experience
I visited My Lahore Manchester British Asian Kitchen recently, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. We ordered chicken karahi, lamb karahi, and butter chicken. Although karahi is usually served generously, they brought tiny portions, shocking everyone at the table.
To make matters worse, we were charged an outrageous £19 for tap water, which wasn’t even sealed or properly packaged — it came in a normal glass bottle. This felt like a blatant rip-off.
The staff were incredibly rude, especially the person at the till, who started arguing with me instead of resolving the issue professionally. Service was painfully slow — they even forgot to provide water and glasses until we reminded them. The food itself was another letdown: it was overly spicy, poorly cooked, and the grill dishes were tasteless.
We ended up paying a total bill of £115, which was absolutely not worth the quality or service we received. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food or decent service. They clearly prioritize overcharging customers instead of providing a positive dining experience.

We went to the Leeds branch for an early dinner on a Saturday night. We loved the entrance and the whole decor of the restaurant The Old suitcases, the bobbins and the waiting area.
We would later be told by the wonderful Kamil, that this was because the owners father came from Pakistán, and he wanted to showcase his families introduction to the UK
The waiting area was a nod to a typical bus stop in Pakistan. We loved these details.
All staff was super attentive, and the food was delicious. When we return to Yorkshire, we will not only visit here, but also try the branch in Bradford. Thank you for a wonderful evening. Kath and Helen.

Travelled up to Manchester from Slough for the weekend and MyLahore was hands down the best place we had eaten at. The service was fantastic, the food was 11/10 and the atmosphere was lovely too. The staff were very accommodating for our little one and just made our experience in the restaurant so pleasant Alhamdulillah. Thank you to the team from Ayla-Noor😊

MyLahore Leeds
First time going, and definitely my last time.
First of all I'm not one to complain, so I shall start off with all the positives.
1. Free car park, that's unless I get ticketed. We will soon find out.
2. Entrance is close to car park, literally a 5 second walk.
3. Has a waiting area with seats, nice.
4. Has a range of table seats, we took the rounded comfy ones.
5. Staff were very friendly and polite, initially.
Right, onto the main course.
So we sat down and waited, our waitress took a while to get to us whilst my toddler was screaming the house down, no fault of the restaurant, but not mine either.
So our food finally came, and before I had chance to even take a single bite the waitress came over to ask how the spice level was. Now this, is a very nice touch. I'd like to know what happens in the event I say not enough spice, or otherwise, especially considering the following.
So whilst eating I discovered something very hard in my mouth, yep, my luck... a bone. It kinda annoyed me somewhat, but you know what? I guess these things do happen from time to time. So I asked my waitress when she next came around to ask us about the food, I questioned whether or not mine should have bones in it, and she said no. Moments later the manager came over to apologise, and he quickly, and swiftly took away the bone with a tissue. He said he needs it so he can contact his supplier... yeah right. More like he wants to save his own skin from a judge.
He then asked me if I'm okay to continue, I initially said yes because like I said I'm not one to complain...however it kinda put me off the rest, so I just didn't eat anymore. Like wasn't me mentioning it to them enough?
Anyway fast forward until all of us left food on the plates because food was bad honestly.
Waitress came around to offer us a dessert menu, but we didn't want anything. She did her best and she deserved a tip, but unfortunately I couldn't give a tip if the food or service was not good. Service was good, but the food wasn't, service from the manager could have been better...
Manager took the bone off my plate and said he needed it to contact the supplier.... why? For a refund? You didn't offer to compensate your customer with a refund did you? So that means he wants to profit from his customers bad experiences lol?
In fact, he didn't even acknowledge me at all when we left. It was almost as if we were enemies now, the vibe had changed. Yes, maybe he could see that I wasn't happy, well, who would be if the food was bad...
Food ratings
So food was left, my wife didn't eat her fish burger, half of it fell out as she was eating because of the way it's made. She said it was 5/10.
My kid didn't eat the pizza, but I did because I was hungry, and I would have given it a 2/10.
My Lahori Chicken Karahi special was not so special in the end, and because I wanted to make a point here I asked them to pack everything except the chicken because I had been put off by it. It would be a 5/10 if there was no bone in it, but there was, so it's a 3/10 from me.
My milkshake was good, so good that my baby girl drank it all. So I'll give it a 10/10 on her behalf.
Waitress came and gave us these little cheap tubs which were all broken, so even if I did take the chicken it would have leaked everywhere anyway. This isn't the waitress fault, probably because the manager is a cheapskate and doesn't check them. She did give us three lollipops though, that's after my wife had already told me specifically to not take any lollipops before this, the waitress came up and handed them directly to my baby girl. Not good.
Onto the packing...
We had to pour it into the tubs ourself, I suppose this is fair, some people probably even prefer this. However I specifically asked for the rice to be packed when I placed the order, and this was completely ignored. So now all I have is rice that was sat out for this whole meal and then packed afterwards.
Anyway the bill came, I paid it in full and left.
Closing comments
It would have been good for them to refund the dish that had the foreign object in it, it could have broken my tooth, could have made me choke and if I gave that to my baby girl, let's not even go there...
Even if they pay me £5000 I'm not removing this review. I want people to know what happens if you get a bone. I mean maybe I would have got a refund if I asked, I mean they did ask me if I was okay to continue with it... initially I said yes, but then they had plenty of time to watch me eating the cold pizza and hard cold chips, I wish I didn't... so if you read this maybe pass on the cold pizza or chips.
That's the last interaction we had from the manager. Completely ignored on the way out, that's why I'm leaving this review.
Waitress deserved the tip, and the tip would have been the refunded amount of the chicken which was £15.
Manager took my bone to profit it seems.
It is 3am right now, I woke up hungry due to this. That's all for now.
