Everything went to plan and on time although I was apprehensive about paying for everything apart for the fitting upfront.
Carpenter did a great job although my biggest gripe was the dust that was everywhere. We didn't interfere with him until he left after the first day so we weren't aware of dust until he left.
We have had Sharps and other wardrobes fitted and on those occasions the carpenters had dust extraction apparatus which leaves very little dust.
When the job was complete the carpenter gave us a job satisfaction questionnaire to fill out in front of him which was very off putting and felt obliged to mark it 10/10 as he was a nice guy an a good fitter.
Overall. Very happy with the wardrobes.

Ordered some large fitted wardrobes and very impressed with the end product. I was able to get a full spec drafted up for free, the order and delivery was much quicker than expected and the install was top notch. The installer was very knowledgeable and even gave tips on how the wardrobe could be improved at no extra cost. They then stayed until the job was done, really good experience

Great experience from booking the design with Gary and the fitter Sean. No problems and sent through a missing part within 2 days of the fit. Thank you my daughter loves her new room. I would definitely recommend we fit. The quality is really good.

Sales man was nice, but the designer was very slow in getting the design done and sent for agreement. We were told that the jewellery drawer could be just a plain drawer, the designer said no. Either a jewellery drawer or no drawer, just a non opening front. I had requested all white , the designer told me that the interior is a grey colour. No choice. By this time we had already paid a £1000. Deposit. So we had to go along with the colours that were not allowed and a compartmented drawer that is of no use for my needs.
The time taken was very slow, the designer took nearly 2 weeks to get the plans sent to us. This was after he wanted to sit in our front room for a couple of hours on the day of his visit to draw up the plans.

We ordered a wall to wall fitted wardrobe for a second bedroom after being so pleased with our first some years ago. Once again the whole process from first meeting Bobby to agree our requirement, the survey and the fitting was a seamlessly professional and friendly experience. We now have a high quality fitting that has transformed the look of the room and given us so much more useful storage space.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Designer and surveyor gave great advice and created a wardrobe with excellent storage space that looks brilliant. The fitter’s attention to detail was second to none and the back-up team went out of their way to make sure the whole service ran smoothly and on time. I would highly recommend.

Fab company from start to finish really helped me with my design allowing me to have bigger doors which looks fab! And not busy looking, the fitters who were just amazing got it all done in a day (obviously all depending on people’s designs) really are inlive with our fitted wardrobes thank you so so much Jo&Paul

I like them, really professional, detailed, explained pros and cons and all in all good service, at times some aspects felt confusing but it may of just been me lol, they delivered the wardrobe and fitted within a day, they were prompt and the wardrobe looks spectacular,

Really happy with the finished fit of the wardrobe and the bedside tables. Although there was a delay of a day, Andy the fitter did a lovely job and communicated really well with us about a few minor changes that hadn't been picked up on during the design process. He suggested solutions that worked and we are very happy with the finished product. Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company, primarily due to poor communication and lack of coordination between their teams. From the beginning, I had to repeatedly explain my requirements to multiple people — the designer, surveyor, and others — which was both frustrating and inefficient.
Despite explaining everything several times, many of my key requirements were either misunderstood or completely ignored. The final wardrobe and wall unit do not meet my needs and have resulted in significant wasted space. For example, there was an unnecessary 17 cm gap behind a shelf, which made no practical sense. I had to request a full-depth shelf to ensure the space could be properly utilized. Additionally, the drawers inside the wardrobe have been made extremely small due to the inclusion of fillers on both sides. It is unclear why these were added, especially when my key requirement was to maximize the use of the limited space available.
There were also serious issues during installation. Even after multiple measurements by both the designer and surveyor, the over-bed wall unit was being installed at a height that would not accommodate our bed headboard. Additionally, the depth of the overhead cabinets was much smaller than what had been agreed. The agreed depth of the wall unit was 48 cm; however, it was built at only 30 cm. When this was raised, I was told that the company does not manufacture wall units with a depth of 48 cm. This was despite having written confirmation from the designer agreeing to the 48 cm specification, which was ultimately not honoured. I had to identify and raise these issues myself during installation.
The situation became even more stressful afterward. It took over two weeks for them to address these problems, during which time we were unable to use the bedroom. This caused significant inconvenience, especially with children in the household and limited living space.
Although they eventually provided an additional cabinet as compensation, the overall outcome still falls far short of expectations.

Furthermore, the wardrobes have been installed in a way that blocks access to electrical switches, despite prior assurances that access would be maintained. The shelves were also not made adjustable as promised, and fewer shelves were provided than what had been agreed. These issues remain unresolved to date.
I have been chasing a resolution for nearly two months now. While a manager initially promised to address the issues, there has been no meaningful follow-up or communication despite several attempts on my part.
Overall, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

PS: Today's date is 19 April 2026 - Above review was posted on 3 April 2026 and no reply from company so far whilst I notice their replies to other reviews just a couple of days ago. This shows they are intentionally ignoring my emails and now my review.

The person doing my room -Jimmy- did it amazingly and even improved the finalised design to fit our needs. Would definitely recommend to others. No complaints, 10/10

Excellent experience from start to finish. The designer Keeshak was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble even when I wanted to amend my order. The surveyor who we saw twice was equally knowledgable and professional. The delivery driver also gets full credit for professionalism speed and friendliness. Last but by no means least Stan the fitter was an absolute machine - he worked at pace and has excellent craftsmanship we were delighted with the end result. As someone who doesn’t tend to leave reviews very often I wanted to give full credit to all those mentioned and hope you will pass on our thanks. Great service would highly recommend.

I forgot that I was supposed to set up something specific prior to their arrival in order to have the furniture assembled. It could have slow down the work. Ben step in and offered to do it at no extra cost and it saved us so much time.
He was also happy to make some changes that weren't planned ( adding extra holes ... )
Thanks to him I have a lovely home and enjoying the wardrobe so much !

My fitter, Matt J fitted my new wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside cabinets with such skill and passion, he was excellent, he was on time, he works neat and tidy too while working. I highly recommend “my fitted bedroom” too. Their products are very classy and look so professional.

Following your response, I think it is important to clarify a few points for anyone considering using this company.

At no stage in my original review did I state that the installation was carried out in accordance with the drawings. That is a position the company has introduced. My concern has always been about the usability of the finished room.

Despite multiple surveys — during which my bed was present and measured — the clearance above the bed is insufficient for normal use. It is not possible to sit up comfortably and I have already made contact with the units when getting out of bed. In practical terms, the bed area is not usable as intended.

I first raised this issue on 18 February. As of today, 6 April, no one from the company has attended site to inspect the problem. In that time, 11 emails have been exchanged, 7 of which I have had to initiate in order to chase a response.

The company continues to state that the installation matches the drawings, however no one has been able to clearly identify where the critical vertical clearance above the bed is specified within those drawings. For a company so confident in its position, this is difficult to understand.

I remain willing to engage constructively and would still welcome a site visit so that a practical solution can be properly assessed.

However, based on my experience so far, I would advise others to ensure that key usability dimensions — particularly clearances — are explicitly confirmed and documented before proceeding.

I recently had a fitted bedroom installed by this company and unfortunately the experience since installation has been very disappointing.

The room was surveyed three separate times before installation, and the bed that I use was present and measured during the survey process. I therefore relied on the company’s professional expertise to ensure the design would work properly once installed.

However, once the room was finally in use it became clear that the clearance between the top of the bed and the cupboards above is extremely limited. It is not possible to sit up comfortably in bed and I have already made contact with the units when getting out of bed. In practical terms, the bed area is not usable as intended.

I raised the issue promptly and asked the company to review the installation. The response so far has been that the furniture was installed in accordance with the approved drawings, with an offer to make minor adjustments such as trimming the pelmet and reducing the headboard lip.

Unfortunately this does not address the underlying issue of the overall clearance above the bed.

I have asked the company to identify within the drawings where the vertical clearance above the bed is specified and to attend to inspect the installation so that a proper solution can be agreed. At the time of writing I am still awaiting a clear response.

I am simply looking for a functional bedroom that can be used normally, which is the least I expected given the cost of the installation.

I hope the company will still engage constructively and resolve the matter.

We are delighted with our new wardrobes , our experience with the company has been great right from the planning to the actual fitting . All the people we have dealt with have been very professional, friendly and polite . The fitter Alan Keen did a very good job and we love them.
