Lock spoilt within warranty period but no response when I whatsapped the number provided in my invoice for warranty issues.

Called the number and a man picked up, rudely told me to wait and he will call me back, but never did.

Then never responded to further texts and refused to pick up my calls.

Scam company.

Mani was the installer of the digital lock that I ordered. Though arrived a bit late but he managed to complete the installation on time.

One thing i am not quite happy is the main door digital lock, the dialogue is too fast and unclear, and the gate lock volume is too soft. I hope Lenovo can improve on this.

Call the technical support many times but no responses. What's the purpose of having extended warranty.........

I was very disappointed with my experience here. I paid for a brand new lock, but I later realized the shop had given me one that appeared to be reused/second-hand. Although the shop did help me change the lock again after I raised the issue, I still have no way to verify if the replacement is truly new. This raises serious doubts about the shop’s honesty and practices. Customers deserve transparency and assurance that they are getting what they paid for, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.
