I have placed more than a month ago an order which i didn't get it yet or at least an update. I will make a complsint on customer rights to solve directly my problem.
I'm Sick and tired of this stupid scammers hope they go bankrupt soon.

If I could give a minus review I would!! Absolutely appalling and like others on here, I wish I had read the reviews first.
Ordered and received wrong size. Had about 5 emails back claiming they want to ‘help as best they can’. Promised a refund however has never been issued. Have been chasing via email, Facebook etc for weeks and now just getting ignored. TERRIBLE-AVOID!!!!!

Read all these negative reviews. This is a scam company. I bought 3 bras (all the same size), one was ok sizewise, the others not the same. They did enter into email conversation, asking for details etc initially but then went quiet. Re-emailed and I was told that the sizes were all the same. I then said I'd return all of them but the reply to that was don't bother returning them and enjoy the product! Awful company. Total scam.

I wish I had come on here before ordering!

Total junk been sent through in the wrong sizes. I am advised that I can only get a refund if i send back to China at my expense.

Avoid, avoid avoid.

They also charged £6 more than quoted to my payment method without my approval.

Order arrived after a month but the bras are too small, I have been trying for weeks to organise a return and refund and not heard back from anyone.

This is one of over 90 websites that Landbase Trading Ltd run. They are registered on Companies House and claim to be in the Uk. The company director is in China! Looking at the Contact us link in the websites’ footers will show the company who runs it. Other sites for example are Honeybil.com and pinkgalaxy.com and there are many, many more advertising on FB. I have a list of over 90 so far! I hope this review will go some way to preventing others being scammed. The only comments on their FB pages are favourable ones as they remove any bad ones immediately. Avoid avoid avoid!

Items was pretty but sizing all wrong, I went by their size guides and waited over a month for a bra that does not fit so disappointed waiting for return address as nothing has been provided jot good!

My fault that I didn't measure myself and go by their sizes. I purchased my regular UK size and was too snug, but, my mum loves them so I've ordered myself another 3 in 7xl for 44e UK bra. LOVE LOVE LOVE them, quality great, soft and stretchy, also attractive.
Machine wash no problem 40 degrees, hang dry and hold there shape.
Only issue is that I didn't know they would add £6 tax on once I'd agreed the cost of £29.98 via PayPal. Delivery very slow process 3 weeks+ as they go through China, US AND UK customs. If this size fits I'll definitely be buying more.

Scam company! Website states you can get a refund then they refuse once you email them. Very cheap products. Luckily I contacted PayPal for my money back. When I asked the company for a refund I was told to 'spend my time on better things than to ask again'. I commented on their Facebook page and it was removed and I was then blocked from the page. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered 3 bras on 9/1/2022 and went by the sizing guidelines as given in their website. Was charged an additional £6 in taxes, taking my total to £35.98. Aside from an acknowledgment email to say my order was confirmed, no further information given by the company - which they should have done under the Consumer Contracts Regulations Act 2013 that covers online and distance selling.

Tracking information from US was provided and the bras finally arrived on 26/1/2022.

They do not fit! The sizing is wrong, they are too tight and the material is flimsy, so they are not supportive as advertised.

Contacted the company immediately by email and their response was that they had sent out the size I ordered and they are sorry it doesn’t fit. They told me me to place a fresh order (and pay again) in a larger size as sending them back to await replacements would take too long! They also had the brazen cheek to suggest that I give the incorrect bras to family and friends as gifts!!

Now reported to trading standards as they have broken the law by refusing the abide by the replacements/ refunds policy on their own website. Also considering taking legal action as this is clearly a scam!

Have written to the company one final time and will await their response.

Avoid. Absolute scammers. Fake tracking company that says it's on its way. When I emailed to ask why were they not here, they said another tracking company has said it's definitely delivered. Now not answering me when I said it's not. So now no three x bras and £30 down. Utter thieves

Absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered a 42D bra they send me a 34B and then had the cheek to tell me I bought the 34B why on gods holy earth would I order a size that blatantly would not fit? I have my invoice which states I bought 42D but still they say I ordered a 34b sending an email is useless because they disagree with everything you tell them. They stick to their own lies and deceptions! DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY I REPEAT DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I bought a soft bra from them, the sizing is incorrect & the quality is terrible. No returns or exchange process. Waste of money - lesson learned, don’t buy anything from a site from Instagram that you don’t research!!

I placed my order and then read the reviews here, I almost cancelled my order immediately because of the reviews I read. Luckily my husband stopped me and told me to give them some time. I’m glad I did, today I’ve received my order. The bra is beautiful, it’s a bit small for me but that will be an incentive for me to lose more weight lol. I ordered my size based on the size chart on their website and also on the replies to other people who were asking the same question. I would go for maybe an extra size up next time. I would buy again!

Hi ordered these bras supposed to supportive however they were flimsy.

It's a scam site which unfortunately I fell for. Wouldn't order anything. Asked for refund refused.

SUCH A SCAM! Do not buy from here. I ordered some bras which do not fit, I asked to return and they refuse to give you your money back!! Never buy from here!!

As others have stated:
Issue 1- On ordereding they quote one price and then take a higher price (tax not included in the price you check out at)
Issue 2 - on arrival the item doesn't fit
Issue 3 - Despite a clear 14days return policy, no refund or return is allowed unless they find that the wrong size or item was sent. I ordered 3 different items, all same size, 1 fits the other 2 don't, not even remotely! However, as the size on the bag says it should fit, seller is not interested.

In summary, the items are not fit for purpose, the sizing is completely wrong and the garment cannot be worn or returned, at all!
They indeed send you badly sized items and just say but that's what you ordered. No refund. TOTAL SCAM
Customer Service response:
"Thanks for your email. We feel terribly sorry for your dissatisfaction.
But we can assure you that our products are absolutely up to standard.
Sorry for that return or exchange can't be supported when your order has no quality issues.
We are so sorry that you don't like our product and we will report this to our manufacturer and urge them to improve.
Our warehouse checked, the size they sent to you is correct according to your order.
Your kind understanding and cooperation would be highly appreciated."

Complete breach of customer rights but I guess that with goods being shipped from Singapore, they clearly have their own interpretation of customer rights. Return policy on the Web site is worthless and may as well not be there. Nowhere does it say that you cannot return items if they do not fit, nowhere.
APPALLING

Ordered 3 bras. They took £5 more than they were supposed to charge. Arrived after 16 days. One bra was fine- not quite as advertised but fine. Two were the wrong size bra, not what I ordered (the size on the packaging didn’t match the contents). Impossible to email the given address as messages bounce back as ‘unable to be delivered’. No way of contacting.

UPDATE- AFTER CONTACTING THE COMPANY AND GETTING NO-WHERE. I THOUGHT THEY HAD PROVIDED A FALSE ADDRESS TO RETURN THE ITEMS. I ESCALATED THROUGH PAYPAL AND WON. IVE JUST HAD A FULL REFUND AND DIDNT NEED TO SPEND OVER £11 POSTING THE WAY THEY INSISTED.

Issue 3 - no refund or return is allowed, even if you state you have your 14 day cooling off period.

In summary, the item is not fit for purpose, the sizing is completely wrong and the garment cannot be worn. This is all based on an order with information provided by the company. So they send you badly sized items out and just say but that's what you ordered. No refund. TOTAL SCAM
