Since our Network is managed by them we have 1/5 the speed, an unstable connection, less reach (disconnect in next room), they provided a cheap router for every room which must be set up by yourself, we have hundreds of W-Lans, you can not change the inital password - and they are sending username and password together by mail...
Their support is just sending "template answers" or an AI - if you get a real answer they'll tell you that if your unhappy you could manage your own connection/router!? That is exactly what they are getting paid for...
