Really nice range of desserts, might seem on the expensive side but comparable to others in the locality and better quality than most. The matilda cake as an example is right up there.

Sometimes the staff are on point and very friendly and other times we've had some more grumpy staff which isn't a nice touch - defo worth retraining or refocussing the importance of customer services for the owners.

Service fee is never going to go down well in a working class city like Bradford - should consider removing that. Otherwise it's a nice outing for dessert!

Disgusted with the hidden service charge when calculating overall price!!! This place must shut down, overpriced deserts, miserable waiters, no service, no manners!!! People should go elsewhere.

I used to like place, however the prices are eye watering and very very expensive. To add insult, service charge, oh my god, this is very very insulting as a local business!!

Recently came, and whilst eating! The staff memmber had to come n remind us, that it was closing time! If u wanted to go home, why did u decide to serve us!! And instead of addressinf this family run business! And improve they skills! Maybe violate them on social media!! Never in a pakistani based bakery do we get this service!

The deserts are really delicious. You can taste it and feel that its freshly made. I have seen reviews where people have been saying that they cheat by not removing the service charge and that they sneakily add service charge. Its all rubbish though. They ask before payment to double check the reciept and if we are okay with everything. If you ask to remove the service charge they remove it nicely. There customer service is really nice and professional. If you ask for recommendation the server recommends best deserts. If you havent tried it yet you should go and try there deserts and drinks. They deserve 5/5 ratings. You can really feel how hard they work.
I highly recommend this place.

Overpriced standard desserts and they put on a service charge sneakily without an option to remove it and don’t allow you to see receipt before paying. Very dishonest business

From the fantastic homemade desserts, the freshly made drinks & the most wonderfully welcoming staff, we honestly couldn't fault this place, it really was worth every single penny! A "must" (see what I did there lol) to try, is the pistachio & raspberry French toast, a definate 15/10! The surroundings & decor were clean & so on trend you really could tell this place was made with a whole lot of love, thought & a big splash of dreams!
See you soon guys, we will definitely be back & again thank you for a wonderful Friday evening treat night! So my final words are, in a world of dessert shop wannabes, this place is a whole other class. Go on treat yourselves you certainly won't regret it! XxX

Got a last minute birthday cake. The cake was flavourful, just amazing! Will definitely purchase again and recommend whether you need a cake for a celebration or a simple dessert in the shop. Have a great selection of drinks and treats, especially the Matilda cake!

Really enjoyed it, customer service was great, food was amazing, went many times since they opened, never had a bad experience 👍👍

They cheated us by refuisng to remove the service charge which is optional. They said the service charge cannot be removed, which of course is rubbish. So be warned, they are after your money and don't really care about their customers (otherwise they wouldn't cheat them),
