The variety of music boxes can be difficult in choosing just one. Music selection is vast starting with 18 note. I had to contact via email Customer Service to correct something with my order and it was corrected before mailing. The entire process was smooth and on top of things. Definitely coming back!

The box itself is beautiful
The box itself is beautiful, a lasting keepsake for my granddaughter. When the music started to glitch a little I was worried but it just needed charging. Very happy with the product but importantly very happy with the customer service. Shout out to Boris who was knowledgeable and very prompt in responding to my questions. Thanks mate!

Great from start to finish!
The man on the phone was super nice and helpful. I received the music box, and it is lovely, and our special song, "My Favorite Things" sounds so sweet. I'm very excited to give it to my granddaughter for graduation.

Just what we were looking for
We received the music box in good timing, and the lovely little maple-wood heart shaped box was just what I was hoping for. Quality is great, and my 2-year grand daughter loves it. I'd say one possible improvement would be the mirror on the inside which appears a bit "frosted". Maybe it's plexiglass? Other than that we love it!
