The good
Seems like a great company, good range of flavours (blue raz for the lads), delivery was fairly prompt, UK company, on the whole I am giving them 5 stars.
Don’t get me wrong here, few things are neutral about the products,
I find the pouches being dry a bit annoying, you do need to pop them on the tongue to moisten then get them in the lip or it can take some time to notice any nicotine delivery,
The ugly
The strength on the containers, it took me a min to see it, its per gram so if you order 12mg your pouch is 6mg as a pouch is ~.5g it caught me out, really it’s because I am used to others brands labels and made an assumption, so unless I want to have 4 pouches in my mouth with the 6mg/g I have a few packs that will go to waste.

Pouch dryness: We hear you! Our pouches are designed for a cleaner, dryer feel compared to some brands, but we understand that this may take a little getting used to. We’ll definitely pass this feedback along to our product team as we’re always refining and improving.
Nicotine strength labelling: You’re absolutely right – we state strength in mg/g (a standard measure), but we totally get that this can be misleading if you’re used to brands that list per pouch. We’re actively reviewing our packaging and site info to make this clearer and reduce any confusion in the future.

Shipment costs very expensive and not even fast, still took a couple of days to arrive.
The promise of (paid) speedy delivery did not materialise. Order was made on 23rd and will not arrive until at least 25th at the earliest...

Your order was placed at 15:25 on 23.06.25, and you used our TRY4FREE offer, paying £3.49 for standard 2–3 day shipping.
We dispatched your order promptly the following morning (24.06.25) via Royal Mail. According to the tracking, it was successfully delivered today, 25.06.25, at 12:00.
We also offer a next-day delivery service for £3.99, but as your order was placed after our 3pm cut-off, it would still have arrived today even if you had selected that option.
While we always welcome feedback and strive to put our customers at the heart of everything we do, it’s disappointing to receive a neutral review before the order had even arrived or been used. The nic pouches arrived on time and we'll packed. The price was good for my first purchase. The product is in it self is good. The flavours are extremely strong which I no doubt some will like. Not for me though. In the main a good product for those who like strong flavour.

Got a free trial from four competitors as I wanted to give pouches a try. Found myself reaching for muse much more than the others. Smoother than the others and great flavours. Only downside is wishing the pouches were smaller.

Best nicotine pouches!!
By far the best nicotine pouch brand out there!! I’ve tried many different brands, and with every one I always get throat irritation, acid reflux and nausea from the juices. However with Muse, it doesn’t burn your throat or cause any discomfort in the slightest! I’m on my 4th order now and never going back to another brand. Also to mention, the flavours are incredible… every other pouch I’ve tried always has the slightly chemically and salty taste, however the Muse flavours are delicious and such a wide variety as well.
The ONLY criticism I have is that the pouch strength is measured in mg/g instead of mg/pouch (which is standard for every other brand). I can imagine that many people get this confused and end up ordering pouches that are half the strength they wanted.
Asides from this, I absolutely couldn’t fault it. What an amazing pouch 😙🤌

I ordered the free trial 2 packs just to test it and it was terrible because both of the packs were too dry and old and the nicotine isn't even real you can't feel it

Cola Ice is unbeatable – and the fruity ones are perfect too!
Tried a few different snus brands before, but this one stands out by far. Cola Ice is my absolute favorite – super refreshing, just the right strength, and the taste is spot on. Nothing else hits the same way. My girlfriend loves the Strawberry, Raspberry, and Cherry flavors – she says they’re smooth, fruity, and not too harsh, which is perfect for her. We’ve both been seriously impressed. Fast delivery, great quality, and honestly, we’re not going back to anything else. Highly recommended!

terrible product
I've tried 20+ nicotine pouch brands and Muse are by far the worst. The pouches are absolutely huge and they contain colouring which is just unnecessary. They're also the only nicotine pouch that has ever caused gum irritation for me.

The best tasting Nicotine Pouches I've ever tried!
The flavours are really strong, and super sweet if you go for fruity ones. I've tried a multitude of Pouches from different companies and these by far came out on top for flavour.
Super fast shipping also, and this is the only company who offer two free samples rather than one, which was definitely a positive!
The only reason I've given four stars rather than five is because the nicotine was not as effective in these Pouches compared to others that I have tried.
I use nicotine regularly to help with chronic pain, so I do need quite a high mg to even feel it nowadays, but compared to other Pouches of the same strength, these were the least effective.
Overall, if you don't need super high strength but want the best tasting Nicotine, I'd definitely go for Muse!

Quality control
Purchased some products recently but I think Muse are experiencing some quality control issues, irn bru flavor has no flavor and just tastes bitter. They did send out replacements but same issue with that flavour. Hopefully they fix this as its putting me off repeat custom. I'm guessing this is a startup so production equipment / QA may be at a similar stage
