Absolutely amazing! I have the bottle washer and the breast pump, I needed help with both and the customer service was the best I have experienced! They responded immediately and were so helpful. I don’t know how I would survive a newborn and toddler without these products. Absolutely incredible and 100% recommend!

I met the beautiful ladies from Mumilk at both the PBC Expos in Melbourne! They were so lovely and made the experience of finding the right products for my breastfeeding journey so much easier. I had 2 failed attempts with breastfeeding with my previous journey and to have so much support in finding what works for me this time, I could not be more grateful. I have multiple products from Mumilk and can confidently say they’re worth purchasing! The ladies at Mumilk are super helpful and always ready to answer any questions you may have, whether it be about their products or just some supportive feedback. I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Mumilk breast pump and their customer service.

After using the pump exclusively on two occasions while travelling, my milk supply - which had previously been an oversupply - completely dried up. This was a drastic and distressing outcome that forced me to abruptly transition my baby to formula.

I contacted Mumilk multiple times explaining the situation in detail. Rather than acknowledging the seriousness of what happened, they repeatedly suggested sending different flange sizes - despite me clearly stating that my breastfeeding journey had already ended due to the loss of supply. At that point, this “solution” was completely irrelevant.

What was most frustrating was their response. They referenced their large number of units sold and overall success, which came across as dismissive and tone-deaf. Instead of addressing my individual experience or offering any meaningful resolution (such as a refund), they effectively hid behind their sales figures and refused to take responsibility.

As a customer, I felt unheard and unsupported during what was already a very emotional situation. I would not recommend this product or this company based on both the product outcome and the lack of genuine customer care.

I am absolutely obsessed with our Mumilk Bottle Washer/Steriliser.

It is a complete game changer post partum. For example, I had a morning appointment with my midwife/OB. Having put the bottle washer on the night before meant they were ready in the morning before we left. I could actually eat, have a shower and put some makeup on. Something I would have been stressing about getting done while washing bottles for 15-20 mins, forfeiting self care and rushing to be on time.

We have a system that works so efficiently now and we aren’t chained to the sink at night and in the mornings, especially when I need a break and need to get to bed for an unpredictable night ahead.

It is so simple to use, literally load up (we use Dr Browns and can fit 4 bottles and respective parts) drop a Mumilk Tablet in, fill up the water chamber and press go.

The bottles come out squeaky clean and dry, every single time. We could never get them that clean previously using traditional hand washing and a separate steriliser.

This product has taken such a weight off of my shoulders. It’s made our days feel calmer, less overwhelm, more organised and honestly just more manageable.

We are so thrilled with it and super grateful, it has made this season a bit lighter and it is a joy to use 🩷

I bought my Ella hands free pump following advice from a friend almost a year ago. I recently found a small crack in one of my milk catchers but because it wasn’t all the way through the plastic I kept using it & then last week after sterilising the other milk catcher has now split. I’ve used my pump multiple times a day for 6+ months as my son refused the breast so the pumps themselves have been a lifesaver. I reached out to the company the day it happened and the very next day they responded asking a couple questions which I should’ve included in my enquiry in the first place but within the week I’d received and outcome that I am more than satisfied with!

I met these lovely ladies at a Brisbane baby expo! Before arriving there I had no idea which pump I wanted to use with my third pregnancy however I knew I needed to get the right one after two negative breast milk supply experiences. The ladies proceeded to give me so much assistance and education about how important flange sizes were! After I purchased my pump just last week I sent the girls a message and they assisted so politely and efficiently with helping me get the right size flange sent out! 10/10 experience so far and I cannot wait to use the pump! 🩷

Mummilk pumps have saved me this postpartum season. Exclusively pumping is tough but these pumps make it manageable and so much easier! The quality is next to none- getting a good volume for a quick 10 minute pump.

I ended up purchasing the Mumilk Pro after having some issues breastfeeding my daughter when she was 6 weeks old, I wanted to still provide breast milk so purchased 2 of the wearables pumps and they were an absolute game changer. I was able to produce enough milk to feed my daughter plus build up a freezer stash so that when I finished my pumping journey I was still able to provide her milk for 2-3 months afterwards. I could not recommend Mumilk more, I am so thankful and blessed at how these pumps helped make my pumping journey as easy as possible. I am now expecting my second baby and will be using these pumps again. The wearable pumps also make it so much more convenient to still move around freely and not be tied down whilst pumping. On top of how amazing the pumps are, the team are incredibly helpful, they have responded to my questions so quickly and I am thankful for their incredible customer service. I would absolutely recommend these pumps to any mum wanting to purchase a breast pump for their breastfeeding journey!

This is a dropship company. Bad quality, will be ignored or gaslit when trying to complain or request a return. Many reddit posts about people having to deal with them and being laughed at and told to contact consumer affairs. Mumilk is just a relabelled AliExpress pump.

They claim their breast pumps are "phthalate free" yet their product is from China just like the rest on the market. When I emailed and asked for a list of the materials their breast pumps are made from, Jordan sent screen shots of the parts she wanted me to see - not all of the results from the testing and then accused me of being a competitor! This very defensive behaviour is suspicious and I wouldn't be trusting them or their product. I'm expectant mum wanting to know what chemicals will be in contact with my milk which I will be feeding my baby and if they aren't willing to provide this information, they cannot be trusted. It's just another plastic breast pump churned out of China and could be made with highly toxic materials

I purchased the single Ella breast pump 2.5 years ago at the time my first baby was born. It was the best purchase I ever made! I was so blessed that this pump helped me to exclusively breastfeed/express for my boy for 2 years and 3 months! Now I’m due to have our second baby and I have repurchased a second pump to make my breastfeeding journey as easy and convenient as possible! The teams support has been incredible, they replied so quickly to my questions regarding my original Ella and were so helpful!
I would 100% recommend these pumps to anyone wanting to purchase a breast pump!

First time mum and I have the Ella breast pumps. I had quite a few issues with latching and hand expressing milk to provide my baby post leaving the hospital and these were an absolute life saver to help bring my milk supply in and feed my baby colostrum in those early days. If I didn’t have these to help express, I honestly don’t know what I would have done. I highly recommend to any first time mum to relieve that pressure and stress of breastfeeding immediately in the early days.

I’m a first time mum and I would recommend this company to anyone simply based upon their customer service. The items themselves date great but what makes the experience is definitely the people. As a first time mum, I naturally have no clue what I’m doing and I have messaged them multiple times for pump discomfort, sterilisation advice, questions about the pump etc and they have responded promptly with advice, support and guidance. This company has made me feel super supported throughout my breastfeeding journey and I highly recommend them!

After doing intensive research and watching a million tiktoks i settled on buying The Ella Breast Pump and i am soooo glad i did!!!
It is easy to use, very straight forward, powerful and easy to clean.
I currently go between The Ella and my Spectra
S1, I am getting more milk with The Ella than the Spectra S1 and i love that it automatically turns off after 20 minutes so i dont need to sit there watching the time and make sure im turning it off at that 20min mark.
Best purchase ive ever made, i would 1000000% recommend this pump and if you are struggling to decide between this one and anything else please choose this one!!! :)

Also recently bought the pumping spray, nursing jumper and nursing tshirt! Pumping spray is amazing and I feel like I got more output from it somehow ?? The quality of the clothing is amazing, so soft and comfortable 😍

I get the same volume from these wearables as I did with the spectra 1 plug in pump! Cannot recommend Mumilk Ella wearables enough, I expressed during the day as my 5 month old gets so distracted and will not latch properly so having these pumps has been such a game changer to express milk for him during the day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, I love them!! Also super easy to clean, battery lasts ages if you charge every night!

I have loved my Mumilk Ella pumps! As a second-time mum, I can't recommend it enough. I successfully breastfed my first baby—even after returning to work as the Ella pumps made my pumping sessions so discreet and efficient that my colleagues never even noticed! I really like how there are minimal parts which means less things to clean. I also love the screen feature, which lets me track exactly how long I’ve been pumping. They look high-end but don't cost an arm and a leg and the Mumilk team is extremely supportive. Their customer service is outstanding, and their commitment to helping mums continue their breastfeeding journey is truly commendable. I’ve recommended Mumilk to all my mum friends and those who have purchased have loved it the same!

This pump is small but mighty! As a new mum of 3 little people this pump has honestly been amazing. Leading a busy life raising children this pump has allowed me to be present for my children as whilst wearing the pump I have the flexibility of still moving around freely. At around 8 weeks old my little one had a short stay in hospital whilst there I needed to use the hospital pumps provided a was producing around hardly any milk. My husband ended up being on my Mum Milk pump from home which was a lifesaver, I was then able to express a far greater volume of milk. The paediatrician was even amazed at how much the little machine was able to extract.
I 100% recommended this machine to anyone who is in the market for one. I’m glad I found it 3rd time around I only wish I had one with my other two children when expressing! Thank you Mummilk
