Will not return any information on parts and are not helpful when asked for parts on numerous occasions.
Waste of time asking for anything. Advertised they have everything and seemingly don't have anything from simple standard exhaust or engine..very disappointing

Terrible company, do not trust. Bought a used motorcross/enduro bike from these that has to be completely rebuilt from the ground up, silicone in the exhaust, rust everywhere, piston and cylinder gone, broken clutch, transmission is heavily worn, multiple stripped bolts in the engine case. Rear shock had a broken spring collar (dangerous), front suspension had next to no oil and needs rebuilt. Broken stator cover and clutch cylinder, brakes are completely knackered. Sold as "ready to ride" with a price tag to match. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere (russells). Not to be trusted!

Very bad experience - stay clear!

Spent €1050 on 10Ten 1st May 2021 for my 7yr old son.

Lisa said it is bullet proof and just as good as the PW-50 which was not available for purchase due to supply issues. She assured me if there were any issues they would be fixed under warranty by their mechanics.
She also assured me that if there were any ongoing issues she would refund or replace the bike - In other words, the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, which provides that the product must be fit for purpose and as described.

-6th July - 1 week out of action. Bike would not start. Tommy told me over the phone it was definitely just a flat batter and to jump start it. This did not work so they changed the starter/ignition and that fixed the issue.
-24th September - 4 weeks out of action. Very little power. Starting and stopping. Backfiring a lot. Tommy said it was due to dirty carburettor and cleaned it.
He assured me this bike would never let us down again and said he test drove it etc
-9th Oct - first time out on the bike since it was 'fixed' and same issues again - Very little power. Starting and stopping. Backfiring a lot. Left it in and this time Tommy said carburettor was blocked again however after cleaning it the bike was still not fixed. He asked me to leave it with him and when I collected it on the 16th Oct. Tommy said the issue was water on the wires.
Again - false promises Tommy assured me this bike would never let us down again and said he test drove it etc and it was all set for the race on Sunday!
- 17th Oct - Same issues again. Little lad could not enter the Rathdrum Off-road Club Race that he was all excited for - heartbroken. Poor little guy has been stuck miles from home on this bike on several occasions now. Other bikers calling his bike 'Duck and Run'
-20th Oct - Lisa said, "the mechanics say backfiring is normal because it’s a 4 stroke and that its slow because of a loose connection".

So that's
-3 excuses by the mechanics for the same issue
-3 times they've worked on it, confirmed it was fixed and test, and sent it home with me still broken

I told Lisa I want a refund or a complete swop.
I asked her to speak with the owner.
She said she talked to the owner, but he would not allow a refund or exchange.
She would not give me the owners name of number either so I could discuss directly.
She told me to bring the bike up to Tommy again as he is the manager ………

After searching online, I found the owner is Alex Mahon and his father. He done an article in WicklowNews.net

-21st Oct – I asked Lisa to have Alex Mahon call me and that I will be up to the shop tomorrow and I will not be leaving without a refund or exchange as per the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, which provides that the product must be fit for purpose and as described which this purchase has not been.

Disgusting behaviour but even more so considering this is a 7yr olds best toy ever they are messing around with – Lisa was so nice when we purchased this, assuring us it was bullet proof and that she would refund or replace if not. My little lad thought they were all great up there …. and now his spirit is absolutely broken! What a horrible bunch of people doing this to a child.

This bike is only five and a half months old and has been out of action almost a month and a half!

I will update this review to let the reader know if MuchandFun see the error of their ways and offer a refund or exchange.
