The picture on their website are far away from the bouquet in reality .
The flowers haven’t been packed properly, so I get no a really nice picture.
Very disappointed

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Quite honestly the worst vendor I have dealt with. I initially purchase a bouquet for £120 and it started growing MOULD on it within two days. Went back and forth with customer service and they gave me £50 store credit and free delivery on my next order (despite mentioning I’d prefer a refund as I don’t trust their products because they explained that the shelf-life of a £120 bouquet should be 3-4 days). Placed my second order for £65 (using the £50 store credit and more of my own money), the potted plant arrived damaged. I got back in touch with customer service and they’ve organised a delivery of a potted plant once again. Two consecutive days of missed deliveries for this final potted plant so far and the team has consistently booked delivery dates in without confirming. I had mentioned that I would like to be asked when to deliver next, the customer service agent (Angelica) apologised and proceeded to book in another delivery without consulting me in the same email! To put the cherry on top, they’re giving me another £20 store credit so I can waste more of my money on their waste of a store!

They are so bad I paid for flowers to be delivered they did not deliver at all when I asked why they said there system was down asked for a fecund they refused sent the person they where supposed to deliver to pick up the flowers and they even wanted them to pay I had paid for chocolates they where not handed over I paid for a large bunch they gave her a small one they are scammers

Rubbish flower delivery company. Avoid it at all costs

When I ordered the champagne and flowers I had selected the wrong delivery address which I admit was my fault as I must have ticked to deliver to billing address by mistake at some point. When I realised I made an error I notified the customer service team straight away and was advised by a member of the team this was fixed and the delivery would go to the address I wanted, he even informed me that the post code I had sent was incorrect but it was fixed and it would go to the correct address. I’m now sitting with flowers that are a gift for someone just wilting away! If I’d known you weren’t going to even bother sending it to the address I requested I could have cancelled the order and placed again. Really bad customer experience and lack of care. Don’t tell someone you will do something for them and then not do it.

Poor quality bouquet but very expensive. They replaced the nice flowers with cheaper alternatives and they refused refund.Scammers

Appalling bunch of half dead flowers arrived very late and the staff were rude and unwilling to fix it - "Youcef" offered a pathetic £15

This used to be a top class florist and clearly it is now not worth bothering with....they certainly don't seem to care less - I think the owners should have a complete overhaul of the staff and their service!!!

The bouquet I received was not as advertised. They replaced the expensive flowers such as roses with much cheaper alternatives. I ordered an 100 pounds bouquet but the one received look like a 20 pounds one you could get from Tesco.

They charged me upfront and refused to accept the return or issue an refund.

Avoid at all costs!!

To say that I am disappointed is a major understatement. I chose this company BECAUSE it offered morning delivery - at a cost of course. No morning delivery. Phone call follow ups. Lies about "they will be there in 15 minutes. As I write in the evening, they have still not arrived. Do not use this florist.

TERRIBLE FRAUDSTERS/SCAMMERS..

They force you to take the flowers so they dont pay you the refund!

They claim they are 24 hours but they are NOT. I ordered for flowers to be delivered (same day). Woke up the next morning and they were not delivered. Called them for a refund and to cancel as they didnt deliver on the day it was needed, and was told to give time to cancel. Called them on 3 other occasions to chase an update but was told to keep waiting. Then received an email to say the flowers were delivered when I told them not to deliver it. A pathetic apology was given with a delivery refund only. £153 wasted for nothing. UNRELIABLE, WILL NOT DELIVER ON TIME, WILL DELIVER WHEN NO LONGER NEEDED AND PRETEND THEY COULDNT STOP THE DELIVERY ON TIME JUST SO THEY DONT GIVE YOU THE REFUND. FRAUD ALL THE WAY.. DONT BELIEVE ME? GO AHEAD AND TRY ORDER FROM THEM, GET STUNG, AND I WILL LOOK FORWARD TO READING YOUR 1 STAR REVIEW ABOUT HOW YOU GOT RIPPED OFF 👍

I ordered some flowers for an anniversary on 25th August for delivery on 29th August.
I also paid for morning delivery before 12pm.

I called at 12.05pm, as I had not received any notification that the flowers had been delivered. The lady on the phone said that as my address was incomplete, they could not deliver.
Ok - so you waited until the day of delivery to tell me this? Would they have even called me to tell me - if I hadn't asked? (The address was no incomplete)

They told me the earliest date for delivery was the next day - I said no, that's too late. I said to wait for 5 minutes whilst I tried to find another florist that could deliver them the same day.

I did - ended up going through Interflora. Much easier and better communication. So I rang back Moyses and cancelled my order, they said no problem and asked me to send an email, which I did.
Two hours passed by and I didn't receive a confirmation saying that it had been cancelled - so i called a third time.
The lady on the phone said 'I am checking with our team, I can see it has been requested but we are waiting for them to confirm' I said these flowers cannot be delivered tomorrow after I cancelled them, that would be a joke.
Anyway, after some pushing, she said she would get back to me ASAP and we put the phone down.
5 Minutes later I got an email saying 'Your flowers were actually delivered today at 12:09 pm', with a picture and everything attached.

What utter time wasters. I am down £200 after being forced into buying them from somewhere else, due to incompetence.
How can they get away with this - I asked for a refund, plus they did not deliver before 12pm as I had requested - but obviously and not surprisingly they are no longer responding to me.
It also said on the picture that they sent me that DPD had collected the flowers on 27th August - meaning they had been in a box for 2 days before being delivered. I hate to think what they look like. Maybe the replacement flowers will make up for the shocking dead flowers that await my recipient in the box.

I wish I had read the reviews like so many others here.

I ordered my gift about 9.15 am and specifically request deliver for today. I explained premises close at normal office hours 5-5,30pm. I tracked order and noticed it had left their shop at 2.55pm so was surprised so late. Tracked order then at approx 4.50 started to panic as the delivery guy was no where no my delivery address so called St Pancras shop where I had placed order. She checked and confirmed he was still nowhere near the address. In fact he arrived 3 minutes past 6.00 I was so disappointed. They said they will deliver tomorrow morning with fresh flowers but I do not believe this, most likely same ones sitting in a hot van overnight. , so disappointed wish I had read the reviews totally agree with them, first and last time I will order from them.

I ordered a lovely orchid bowl arrangement a couple of months ago at a cost of £250. On the strength of this I ordered a second smaller arrangement for c£150 for an event I was holding. The bowl arrived and when I took the paper wrapping and ribbon away, the bowel was broken in several places (clearly held together only by the wrapping). The orchids and hundreds of terracotta balls/beads spilled out everywhere creating a dreadful mess which took me an hour to clear up. I sent several pictures to Moyses Stevens and asked for a refund and they offered to replace. I advised that I did not want a replacement as it was for an event that day and I discarded the broken bowl, balls and orchids. They then said they wanted to collect the broken pieces and I invited them to do so. They then said they would not refund because I had put the contents in the bin. I advised them that the orchids were intact and that they could collect these and the broken pieces but they insisted they would not refund because I had put it in the bin! I will never use them again and nor would I recommend. Appalling customer service and a very short sighted approach. I suggest Moyses Stevens focus on the value of the relationship rather than the value of the transaction.

Awful. Flowers delivered on the wrong day despite speaking to customer services and being sent email confirmation of the delivery date. Tried to cancel the order but was unable to. Given £15 credit instead. Order was £78.50. This was the second time an order came on the wrong day. Avoid.

I ordered (#210963) on the 10th of June for a 12th of June delivery for my wife's 40th birthday.

First they sent me a message on the 10th that my order is out for delivery. Luckily we were out and it never arrived.

On the 12th the delivery driver says they could not deliver my parcel as no one was available, even though I left instructions to leave it with our Concierge which was 5 meters from our entrance thendriver took a picture of.

Driver said he left a card, which is not true as he had no access to our mailbox, unless he just left the card on the street.

I called their CS team who promised rhey will call the driver and check if they can still deliver and will call me back. They never called back. When I called them again I was told the driver would return once their route is completed. The driver never returned.

At this point it was already too late so I emailed them. They said they will send out a fresh bouquet as an apology. But they have just sent the same flowers that was not delivered the previous day. The water under the flowers were dirty, and the flowers were tired. Unfortunately my wife accepted them soni could not even refuse it.

Other than this being and absolutely disappointing experience, they would not take responsibility for these mistakes. In my opinion some sort of compensation would have been in order for the promised service not delivered. But they just offered me a discount on a future order... like I would ever use them again after all this...

Do not buy flowers from this florist under any circumstance, I received a bouquet last week the flowers were all but dead they lasted 36 hours, much better quality and freshness from the large supermarkets. Was offered £20 voucher but declined as I would never use this florist again.

Very disappointed with the quality of the flowers and how poorly Moyses deals with complaints. My experience was identical to that of the previous reviewer - flowers started dying off after 2 days with little letft of the £100 peonie bouquet 4 days later. To add to this, the bouquet received was not as per the photo on website. On reporting the petal drop to Moyses, again i was told i shld have reported within 24 hrs. The £20 voucher does little to inspire confidence that the same won’t happen next time. I will not be usung again!

My husband ordered me 50 large roses for our anniversary. When they arrived a looked sorry for themselves but nothing too concerning and the floral care tips card that cam with them said ‘on arrival there may be a slight bruising on these petals’ so I thought it was fine. I followed their introductions in full. Sadly, after 4 days they had dropped their petals and on day 5 I had them throw them out. I contacted them and supplied photos of the flowers on arrival and a few days later only to be told that I should have contacted them within 24 hours; sadly this is not written on the floral care notes so I was not aware. Most other good florists offer to replace or refund, but Moyses Stevens just gave me a £15 voucher of my next purchase !!!!!

Very disappointed in them and in their customer service. I would NOT recommend them.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. Worked within budget, very insightful and managed expectations throughout. The flowers which were delivered surpassed expectation, they were absolutely stunning.
