Motor Source Group is fantastic
Came across the Motor Source Group by using my Blue Light Card, the website was so easy to navigate, just type in the make and style of car you want and it gives you a selection to choose from. Once you've chosen and sent a request the service is excellent, helpful people on the phone, and emails continually updating you with the process of buying your car. Using the blue light card gives you a massive saving off the full price.

Smooth process! Spent the time finding out my needs to provide best solution options!
The sales advisor worked closely with me from the very start, I had a slightly different situation having recently moved back from overseas, but he spent time finding out my needs and working to find solution options and he was successful. I have been approved for the car I was looking at and should take delivery in 2-4 weeks. The process was smooth and the advisor kept in touch the whole way, answering all of my questions quickly.

Very impressive service thus far
Very impressive service thus far ! I have not used MSG group previously and the advisor, Julian took the time to explain the process of purchasing a vehicle which he later backed up in an email. Great communication thereafter with a very simple method or ordering. I was then assigned a personal Delivery Coordinator (Claire) who again explained what would happen next. The lead time is several months away so I am unable to comment as to later communication and delivery. Impressed so far !
