Amir made sure the tile got to us in time, and it was exactly as described.

We had a few hiccups, only because emails were ending up in my spam filter. Don't let that deter you, though; these guys got the job done.

Love my new tiles. They look great and we're easy to put up. They arrived well packed and in good time. Very happy!

Did not fulfill my order till I actually called 7 days later bc they "weren't sure" what color i wanted. they had my email address and phone number but never reached out once.

What can I say? I ordered 2 sets of Moroccan style tiles but only 1 set was delivered. I contacted the company and they were brilliant offering to send the missing tiles out straight away. When I asked John if they could delay dispatch as we were away on holiday for two weeks he was more than willing to accommodate.
Love, love, love the tiles. I've ordered different styles from this company before and never been disappointed with the quality and customer service.

After receiving our order we realised that we were missing tiles to complete our bathroom and the company went above and beyond to ensure that we received the missing tiles on time to complete the project. Our tiles were out of stock and they still managed to get them super fast to us. Dimitri was super helpful and understanding. Highly recommend them for your project!

On November 14, I ordered some pieces of Travertine pencils for my project. It took two weeks to process the order, just because I called to ask about the order. I have been waiting for the shipment for a week, they sent me a shipping confirmation but the tracking number is only a created label that has never been shipped. Very bad service and they never respond to my requests.

I ordered £140 worth of tiles on Thursday 15th June 2023 & received email confirmation of my delivery address.DPD were due to make delivery today,Saturday 17th June but no delivery was made.I contacted Mosaics Direct who blamed DPD because they said we have your correct delivery address so it must be their error.However DPD emailed me to say parcel was delivered & posted a photo of the doorstep where they were left,needless to say not my doorstep.I left a complaint with DPD online.Afterwards I spoke to various neighbours hoping they had perhaps seen delivery van.It turns out that they were delivered to a neighbour up the street because the address on the delivery label from Mosaics Direct had the wrong house number on it.When I called them they just shrugged it off as a "simple error"! I will never order anything from this company again.

I ordered tile from Home Depot, they processed my order and a week later cancelled it and said they were out of stock. I had my heart set on this accent tile for the bathroom in the new house we are building, so I did a google image search and found the manufacturer, who also told me they were out of stock. I dug a little deeper, and Mosaic Tile Direct came up a little further down my search page. I filled a cart, and it allowed me to go to the checkout page, but I was afraid that maybe their inventory levels were just off, so I called them. They assured me they could get the tile, and even went so far as to contact their distribution center and make certain that a person actually laid eyes on the product. There was some confusion over shipping costs, as I was having the tile shipped to Canada, but once we settled that, the order went through and the tile landed on my doorstep eight days later in perfect condition. I have gone from deflated to elated. Even the manufacturer did not know what was in their warehouse, but these guys did. If shipping charges weren't so insane I would order the travertine for my entire house from them.

I ordered tile for a client. It came and didn’t match the photo. I called their customer service line 3 times and no one answered. I called again the next day and got some guys cell phone. He tells me he’s sales and cannot help me. I told him I called customer service, not sales. I told him I also sent an email. He says, you emailed so wait for an email response. No response. Definitely a scam. Will be calling my credit card to dispute the charges. Their website says you can return, especially if they falsely advertised the tile. Buyer beware!

Update: Finally received an email that they were processing the paperwork. Will update what happens.

I've been waiting over six months for a refund. They state that you can return items if you are not happy, but try to get your money back. I'd give them a 0 stars, but that is not available. Good luck dealing with this company.

I should have trusted some reviewers! I ordered 12”by12” gold mosaic for 70 pieces online on 12/14 and 12/15 they said they have only 42 now and 28 more is coming next week so I canceled order but I was thinking it should be arrive on time if next week, I reschedule my contractor. I ordered again on 12/20 and told them I will order 28 more in the next few days (should be before the less arrives at their shop). I told my customers that we will close the shop a little bit long.
On 11/23 I haven’t received a shipment confirmation, I emailed them ask what’s going on and they said the material has not arrive yet should be mid of next week (customer service should call or email me the update). I have to reschedule my contractor AGAIN!!!
It’s been 2 weeks (they told me only one week since 12/14 and I still have his voice mail on my phone) and I haven’t received my 28 mosaics yet.
This is how my January 1st, 2022 begins, loosing money from this company because I have to close my business longer that expects!!!!!

**** They never apologize to you and they think I am wrong to blame them about this and they said go buy elsewhere (just because I give them 1 star review?)
****** UPDATE*** 01/03 they just canceled my order without asking me AGAIN, and I have to reschedule with my contractor AGAIN!!! How much that I am loosing money for this and I have to send 42 pieces back to them because it’s not cover my wall.

On May 5, 2021 I placed an order for mosaic tile even paying additional for faster delivery. My credit card was promptly charged for my order. I did not receive an order confirmation nor any other form of communication letting me know that the mosaic tiles I ordered were out of stock. Not having been informed that my order was not going to be fulfilled or receiving a return of my funds, I patiently waited out the days expecting my delivery. Meanwhile my bathroom renovation was being held up and the tub and shower could not be used. After a week and a half I emailed the company providing my order number, my name, email, and phone number. Again I did not receive a response. When I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone ( a week later), I was then told that the item was out of stock but now they had it back in stock and could send it to me. When I asked the staff person to have the company waive my shipping fee as a sign of good faith as I had not received my item, no communication about my item, nor a refund I was told that the staff person would need to check with his manager. I asked that he check with his manager and the staff person said, "Well, he's just going to cancel your order." So the order was cancelled. Hopefully the company will be as prompt with my refund as they were for a charge for a product that they did not have.

I was a few pieces short on my backsplash and the item had been discontinued. I called the guys at mosaictiledirect.com and asked if they could help me out. They were able to find a few extra pieces and sent them out right away!!! These guys take care of their customers.

This tile website is fabulous and have a VERY large inventory! The people running the business are SO helpful and get your order processed ASAP. If you are looking to get your order fast they have a warehouse in East Rutherford, NJ where you can pick up your tile as long as it is in stock. I HIGHLY recommend this Web business, and you will not be disappointed if you use them.

Shopped multiple vendors for backsplash and was very impressed with Mosaic Tile Direct. Good customer service is not always easy to come by.
They were professional, honest and went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!
