Didn't work for me
Well so so hoping as per the video this would work, but unfortunately on our patio tiles it didn't work as well, so had to get the pressure washer out to wash of the tiles, I can see the monty miracle help lossen the moss, black spots etc, maybe the old tiles were to old and will work better for others like a lot of the reviews.

Monty Miracle Patio Cleaner eliminates organic growth and stains. It doesnt remove them although, as it has eliminates organic growth such as moss it does loosen it then it will fall away with the elements. If you read the instructions it does say "Best cleaning results will be achieved
on brushed areas." also
"For very stubborn areas, reapply your Monty Cleaner"
I would be grateful if you can send me some before and after pictures so i can assist you further or even just after pictures of the area if you didnt manage to get a before. I would be able to get a better understanding of what you are trying to achieve.

Monty Miracle Patio Cleaner is designed to eliminate organic growths and staining. White lichen (which is what im assuming you mean?) leaves kind of like a shell behind once eliminated. Over time you will see that this "shell" (im not too sure how else to describe it :) ) will break down and wash away with the elements. Monty Miracle has done its job with your organism.

NO MIRACLES HERE!
bought 2 cases of this, complete waste of time, does not get rid of blackspots, disappointing results, repeated twice, even emailed the company to give them a chance to rectify.. did not even have the courtesy of a reply.

I was contacted by the supplier after this review who kindly sent me a further 2 x 5ltr of this product, I covered my patio area lavishly and left it overnight.... did it make a difference, yes it did looks a lot cleaner but have to stick with 3 stars as I still have plenty of black marks , is it worth it.mmmmm on the fence ... would I buy it again.... probably not.

We did respond and send you some more product to see if we could rectify your issue. I would definatley like to speak to you further regarding your issues so we can get your problem resolved.
I can assure you that our product works as we wouldnt have gone through all the trouble and expense to patent it. It has been through years of testing before we felt confident enough to bring it to the market.
We have thousands of happy customers over the years and we have rarely had responses like this. We can usually solve this by going over a few things to make sure its actually being used correctly as the product, when used properly does the job it is intended for 100%.

Amazing product! Beats back breaking jet washing & just as satisfying as you can see the difference as you work really quickly. Wish I found this years ago! Give it a try as you won’t be disappointed.

Very prompt delivery and a good deal from Monty Miracle. I have been cleaning gravestones for years and this is the first time I have tried Monty Miracle. I am stunned by the results- in a good way! This is a product which produces fast and amazing results and which leaves the competition trailing. I will certainly not be using anything else for headstone restoration in future and can only say to anyone reading this and hesitating- just buy it and try it! It really works miracles!

not so good
had high hopes for this product, however I am disappointed. Have tried loads of different products none of which have worked. This is slightly better, but nothing like the results seen online. Using on grey stone patio. The surface dirt has gone but black spots and green algae still remain. 2 applications and still looks bad. Either I am doing something wrong or stones are too bad to recover look.

Really does what it says on the tin!
I was really disheartened and doubting our choice of Indian sandstone after 6 years of having and sealing every autumn we could no longer keep on top of the black mould. Sadly the area we placed it very rarely got sun and was always damp during autumn/winter months, so ideal conditions for back mould to thrive. As a last resort before changing the stone I googles for help and cam across Montys!. So pleased I did, not only have they saved us a fortune, they have also restored my faith in products claiming to do what they say!. Our sandstone is virtually like new after one application and once again I'm in love with it! Thank you

Was very pleased with the result, only thing I would say. If it is very hot weather, when wet the paving it dries too quickly. Use on cooler day.

When it is hot outside we do recommend wetting the surface a little more than normal before applying Monty Miracle Patio Cleaner. If it is a large area then do this in small, manageable stages so as to not let it dry too quickly, this will allow it the necessary time to do its job.

Does what it says on the tin!
It saved me hours and hours of pressure washing and, of course, you are dubious about such claims but rest assured it does what it says on the tin!
It is an incredible product and I would definitely recommend Monty Cleaner and Monty Patio Sealer after the cleaning process. My patio is a large area and 15 years old and now looks like new again.

Saves a lot of hard work
It is great stuff it works well for my patio garage and greenhouse as well as my footpaths. Since starting using this ( 16 containers ) I introduced this to my friends and they like it to as it does what this company says it does

Totally rejuvenated
Our patio has been totally rejuvenated! We had a heavy infestation of black spot but Montys Miracle has virtually eradicated it. The colour has finally come back to slabs too! It was so quick and easy to use we were able to clean off and rejoint the patio in one day! We will definitely be using this product again.
