Recently ordered HDM San Juan Box of 15. It was on offer for £160, free delivery. On top I paid £100 for customs, total £260. I still saved 180 quid on the UK list price. Took a little while to arrive 21 days+ due to being held in customs for two weeks but nonetheless cigars were in excellent condition - with Boveda pack. I smoked one straight out of the box - the 1.5 hours of joy. With montefortuna offers, even if you're hit with customs (sadly the state of affairs now), you still do quite well in terms of savings. Hello, I want to express my thanks and impressions from the Montefortuna website. I ordered cigars for Bulgaria and was looking forward to them, but when they arrived it turned out that I could not get them because they are an excise product for Bulgaria.
After contacting Montefortuna, they paid attention to me and promised to take my cigars back and refund my money.

Just received my box of cigars. Just wanted to know why it’s giving an error when I’m trying to do an authenticity check through the habanos website. Other than that cigars came sooner than expected and in good condition

Hi I've been buying cigars from Montefotunacigars for over a year now & they have fantastic service. All ways well-packed cigars & they add a Bovida pack.

Very positive experience clearing a payment processing error and applying a special that had expired during the error period. Richard immediately understood the issue and was exceptionally helpful.

Legit retailer of Habanos Cgars. Richard has been great in handling a minor issue for me. All products have been HQ+. Some of their pricing is great while other sticks have a steep premium but then that particular stick Partagas Lusitania is sold out everywhere else so it can be understood the near 200% mark up. Their selection is a bit limited and random but not unlike any of the other trusted Habanos Cgar sites. Will keep MonteFortuna in my regular rotation depending on their inventory.

Could not process order, I just get an error 1004 so there’s no where for me to put in my card information to complete the payment. That’s a shame considering I was planning on spending 426 dollars with them on Cohiba. And I was even going to allow them to open the box to check for quality. But never mind guess they don’t want my business, I was going to be a big spender customer to them. But never mind, they want to give me an error 1004 I’ll just cancel my order, and have to find another way to get Cuban cigars.

Cigars came in fantastic condition and were well packed and fresh!

I ordered for the first time from Montefortuna and was extremely happy with their customer service and their selection of cigars. I received my package here in Australia after 4 weeks which during this time of covid-19 and a week in customs I
was very impressed with (considering I have waited many more weeks for items coming from closer countries). Cannot recommend them enough!!!

Ordered a box of Oliva G. Was a bit nervous in the beginning as the shipment was sent a week after the order was placed. I chose standard shipping which was free for the first order and 3 weeks after the parcel was sent I received it - very good packing, with a small pack of Boveda inside - the cigars were in perfect condition, decently humidified. Will definetely order again, but would be grateful if the orders could be processed faster - one week is too long and it total you have to wait ~ a month to get your cigars. Customer service is at a decent level - Chelsea has advised the status of my order quite quickly. Good luck guys! Definitely recommended!

I’ve been patronizing Montefortuna Cigars for over a year now and have been impressed with their selection of Cuban cigars and especially their multiple box specials. The pricing is great and allows you purchase in bulk without breaking the bank. Their customer service is receptive and quick to respond. I recently had a great interaction with Richard who addressed my concerns rapidly and professionally.

I have not received my cigars yet (ordered a month and a half ago). I ordered them for an occasion which is way past us now... I asked for the possibility to return my purchase upon receipt. There is a flat £40 fee for returns on top of duty, shipping costs... Not sure what the fee is for, but it makes returns financially difficult to justify.
Be careful when ordering as there is a flat £40 fees in case you want to return items.
As of myself, I was disappointed with such a return policy in 2021.

Couldn't figure out options on ordering samplers, send email with screen shots, was quickly replied by Chelsea who explained what I was missing, Good customer service,,,

I could not process a transaction. I received many code from my bank and my bank even gave me a 24hour authorization-to no avail. Therefore, Montefortuna fails miserably in my estimation. I received no help resolving the transaction or helping me to complete the sale. They lose my business and my respect. Adios Montefortuna. You guys SUCK!
