I talked to a guy Andrew and he arranged viewing in 1 day. He was so cooperative and understood my need. their property was clean, nice and in good environment. the best thing is they don't need uk home owner guarantors. They accept uk citizen guarantors.

The staff at the Roath branch were outstanding in their dealings with my mum and myself. I'm so glad we chose them to sell the house and would recommend them to everyone.

I particularly want to mention the manager Graham Hopkins who on the final day when there was a problem with keys being released He really cared in what was a very stressful time and worked so hard for over two hours to find a solution I really do think he saved my sanity that day
