Keith saved the day
Ordering was pretty straightforward. Kept informed of delivery date via email a number of times which allowed us to book holidays from work as it stated that driver would require assistance. On the day of delivery I realised that we hadn’t received a time slot the night before. Called and was advised that the delivery date we had been given was incorrect and it was the following day. This was disastrous as we hadn’t received booked holiday and to change it was impossible. The company did its best to contact the driver to try and arrange a very early delivery - before 6am- but found the office staff not very empathetic considering they had put the incorrect date. This is where the delivery driver Keith saved the day. He called me direct as he didn’t understand the message left by the office. I explained the situation and Keith did not hesitate to assist and deliver that day. Keith is an absolute credit to the company.

Hello Claire,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback! We're pleased to hear you found the ordering process straightforward, but we're genuinely sorry for the confusion surrounding your delivery date and the inconvenience this caused, particularly after you'd arranged time off work.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and we're sorry you felt our office team could have been more understanding of the situation. Your feedback is appreciated, and we'll certainly take this on board as we work to improve our communication and customer service.
It's absolutely lovely to hear your kind words about Keith! We're really pleased he was able to step in and get everything sorted for you. He's a valued member of our team, and we'll be sure to pass on your fantastic feedback.
Thank you again for your patience, understanding and for choosing Modern UPVC Windows. We really appreciate your 4-star review and hope you're delighted with your new products!

Great company. Great products. Good pricing.
I have now had my French doors for several months and I am just as pleased with them now as I was to begin with. In my opinion, the ordering process, service, quality and installation cannot be faulted. I also liked that I could specify exactly what I wanted. I would strongly recommend giving this company a try.
