When ordering items non were available but stock being delivered within 3 days found difficult to add items to same basket ,I amreturning 1 item as when put into phone (cable) says it wet although have had it in good dry place in warmth still registering wet !

Item took a bit longer to arrive than I thought. However, guess with the Christmas mail it was probably to be expected!!

They listed an Apple iPhone Lighting to HDMI adaptor in the same way as Apple products. With the full intent of passing this off as a genuine Apple product, it's not.

It's a cheap copy and fake imitation which died after using it once, I've currently put in a claim for a refund on their website, but I don't hold out much hope.

It will only end up being a fake/copy that won't last too long after you first use it. Another sign of a bad company, they don't have a phone number to call them, so they don't stand by their products. There is a phone number, but its just a recorded voice message.

Ordering was easy. It is difficult to source the product as the original device is an old series, but MGuru had a small stock. Delivery was in accordance with promise. As the product is meant as a Xmas gift, it's total success is yet to be tested !!

I recently purchased a product that had missed the (international) delivery date by 2 weeks. The store provided proof of non-tracked shipping. The address was missing the street number (probably my mistake), however the package had not arrived at the local post office at all. After a few communications back and forth, the store sent me a replacement. A few days later the initial package arrived, so the delay was most probably due to postal services' fault, apparently due to Covid-19 service disruptions. The second package is still in transit and will probably also arrive within a similar time frame.
I found the store's response very decent and customer oriented and I am very happy with the service provided.

Bad quality screen protector. Could not use it.Ended up throwing it away.What a waste of money.

Delivery was fairly quick but the whole thing was let down by the fact the device I ordered doesn't work.

I am very happy with the service I received . My only issue is that the case I bought does not seem to handle the weight of my iPad Pro.....
The grooves which should allow my iPad Pro to be used hands free just do not seem to be deep enough, I am constantly having to pick my iPad Pro back up and re-position it.
