Issue solved
I bought a product which unfortunately was faulty and did not work. However, after seeing my initial review, the company issued a formal apology and gave me a full refund which I appreciated.

Mirror case for the Samsung arrived ok but it was a cheap copy and doesn’t display or react like the Samsung original. Get what you pay for I guess!!

Poor imitation product.
The item ordered was not as advertised. Wanted iPhone XS dock but an iPhone 5 product was supplied. It was suggested that I take my phone cover to make it fit. They added that many different models fit the same dock. The product was in a "copy" box. I will not use this company again, though they did give me a prompt refund. Communication was not fully coherent. Avoid this firm.

Tablet case out of stock
I ordered a blue tablet case but received a message stating it was out of stock, chose two alternative colours only to be told they were also out of stock, and they only had one colour left. Accepted that colour and received in good time. Would be useful if online it showed if an item was out of stock. Excellent communication from the company during this process but would've preferred my original choice.
