Omer has been very helpful in guiding me to the right phone accessories. He is very professional and knows his job well. He answered every query i had and provided insight into the latest technology.

Great honest experiance in crawley store , gentelman checked my phone which i thought needed unlocking ,tried various sim cards and confirmed it was unlocked.Did not charge me ,
I had tried another store 100yards away , they wanted £25 , i said no, they then quoted £20 , robbing ......

Visited the store in The Beacon in Eastbourne and was very happy with the service I received. Both the back and front screens of my phone were cracked, so these were fixed and a screen protector fitted. The gentleman was very meticulous in fitting the screen protector, so no bubbles! The work overall was excellent, and the gentleman himself friendly and efficient. Happy to recommend.

I went into the Banbury store for some help with my iPhone, as one of the key functions was not working properly. I was very impressed with the service I received! Compared to the many, many unproductive phone calls I had made to iD mobile (useless) this was in a different league. The guy in the Banbury store - his name is Zubair - understood the problem and then fixed it there and then! Five very, very, happy stars! Thank you, Zubair!

Attended the BANBURY STORE today to get a new battery fitted to my phone. Very competitive price with good reviews made me choose this store. The chap in charge was super efficient in undertaking the task. Gave us a small discount on a new phone cover too. Highly recommend them.

Another visit to Ali in Meadowhall new I pad cover and on off button stiff.very helpful advice and did the button clean.I highly recommend Ali ,he is so easy explaining everything ,to a old none tech like me Thankyou.

I needed a new case and screen protector and the man knew what I wanted and made my phone look new. He had a great sense of humour as well. He also helped with dust in the speaker. A really helpful person and my tatty phone looks brand new.

Having dropped and severely damaged it’s screen I took my phone to MobileBitz, in Banbury Oxon’s Castle Quay retail centre.
The member of staff was very welcoming and helpful, told me to call him Sabe(?), (his pronunciation - my spelling), he confirmed that the damage was being successfully contained by a screen-protector, but for the damage’s visibility the only solution would be a replacement screen.
The quote was not expensive, well under £100, but I was dissatisfied with the phone, a soon-to-end rental deal.
This I’d told him during our discussion, also that I was considering a replacement linked with a sim-only deal.
Sabe indicated a new phone he had available that he felt matched my requirements, and at an agreeably competitive price. So, …I agreed.
Having purchased and with the contents of the old phone fully transferred into the new I finally left the store, perfectly satisfied with the outcome.
As a former Customer Service manager, I have been impressed with the quality of skill and professionalism I encountered during that visit, and another, more recent and more brief one, for advice and information.
Worth mentioning that he provided both, but would not accept any payment for time spent in doing so.
On the strength of my experiences, and seeing my reactions reflected in the number of positive reviews about MB’s stores all over the country, I have no hesitation in recommending MobileBitz for repairs, parts, and replacements for phones and tablets.

Honest, professional and friendly, knowledgeable staff. They mended my sons phone, screen problem and have a warranty. Another issue developed which was nothing to do with their workmanship, rather than argue the toss, they sent the phone away to be mended with no mention of further charge, when it was clear the fault was not their's. Really couldn't recommend these guys enough. Thank you, next time we have a problem, you are the go to mobile phone repair shop. 🙏😊😊🙏

These guys are the absolute best, my mums phone was completely buggered and were told its gonna be a big job. And it actually was watching him do it. He fixed it and i was expecting a big bill. Charged me 10. I insisted at least 15. He wouldnt have it and said im happy if ur happy. Definetly recommend. Absolute gems both of the guys who work there.

Took my iPhone to the Mall in Blackburn thinking it would cost a fortune to get my charging port replaced. Instead, the chap looked at it and just said it needed cleaning which he did there and then free of charge. He could quite easily have led me to believe it was a costly repair but couldn’t have been more helpful. Proof that there are still great people around. Thank you! :)

I put a screen protector in Exhange Mall Ilford because the screen protector was not fixed in the middle, when I put the case on the phone the foil was slipping. I went back to explain nicely that it is not centered in the middle and it is not my fault .he answered that he could not help me and that it was not his fault.

Screen saver fitted on the 5/9/23 at the Lakeside stall in Essex on a Samsung S23 Ultra,started to lift pretty much the next day.
Went to the stall today 10/9/23 and the assistant was so unhelpful and wanted to charge me again .. blaming my case being to tight.. absolute joke ..don't bother and go somewhere else.
Waste of money and my time..

Very good service and high quality products. Gaurang, from St. George Shopping centre, Harrow was very helpful, he did very good job.

We had a great experience at store managed by David and Talal. They are very professional and dedicated workers, with high level of service and good prices. I would recommend this store to anyone.
