So returned a parcel over a week ago sent email no reply messages in the app does not work its a bit of a joke no comuacation at all with them over 100 euros spent with them and then notting from them and as for same day delivery it took them 5 days to shipment parcel out of the warehouse

First time to try mister auto, ordered the oil and filter to arrive to me in dublin, it was the best price for 5 litres of low sulphur C3 oil for my tucson diesel in dublin, europarts autoparts halfords etc were way more expensive, and that included the cost of 10euro to ship from france, got a filter as well, no problems with dpd shipping and tracking.

My items are in France, they went in a circle and then stopped. They were supposed to be here a few days ago. Mister auto has been zero help. They say DPD is not responding to them, cannot be true. I spoke with DPD twice but they cannot confirm my orders tracking since this tracking number mister auto have given me is not linked to my post code.

*mister auto please don't tell me to contact you through email to resolve this... I've tried that. Once you resolve this issue I will change my review to reflect that. *

Very hard to get sorted with faulty parts

Ordered a tailgate lock for my car and after having placed the order (as it was great value) I decided to have a quick look here at their reviews. I have to admit I was a little nervous after reading all the bad reviews. However my order arrived on time and was exactly what I ordered. A very happy customer!

Never again. This company is a pure joke. They shipped wrong absorb shocks and now they want me to shipp all parts back which are huge and heavy. Of course I have to cover the costs as well. This is ridiculous. Avoid !!! Hope you will loose many customers. You just lost one and I will tell people to not deal with you. Middle finger to mister auto.

Can't contact anyone on the phone they are not picking up the phone

Very misleading information, ordered a part and paid priority for Wednesday,, 2 days after I paid,, assumed ireland based,,,, ah god no,,, warehouse is France and Germany,,, its not priority postage it's priority well grabs yours first and get it ready for posting,, give me strength,,, anyways should of just got out of my local motor factors your better off,,, will not and I mean will not be ordering again,,, I have a dpd tracking number which is fantastic to keep up the date with the driver going around the village of France,, but then it just falls off the planet and your stuck in limbo,,,, so after 7 to 10 text messages back and forward,, I was advised they will check there delivery partners and find out what's going on,,, ye right,,, I'll check mine as well 😏,,, no update, no text, no email, has it arrived in Ireland who knows,,, I'll just sit by the window and wait😳 it's not so much that there's an expected delivery date which is today of course but anyway,, its just the tracking info is bad.

So, 06 car needed shocks, boots. It was very expensive locally, and waiting time 1 week. Local companies did not have small parts such as shock bearings, boots...
Ordered with mister auto. 4 shocks, boots, bearings, spark plugs, belt. All for 220 eur.
It is hard to imagine how much would it cost locally (greedy bas**rds).
Order arrived in 1.5-2 weeks. Maxgear shocks and boots perfectly fitted. Was fun to replace them.
Nice experience.
Car is driving like new. Have to replace stabilisers and bushes next time.
Will order from them again.

Part arrived well packaged and much faster than I expected.Superb.

Part was wrong, unable to make contact by phone, system will not acknowledge returns by phone, noway to contact by email.

Excellent product and price fast response and customer service will purchase of them again

Terrible company ordered from them almost two weeks ago received one part of my order and it's not the right part they won't answer the phone or emails do not buy from this company they promise to have parts then never send them total waste of time and money

Complete joke of a company, still can't even.work out if they are legitimate or a scam. Can't get any reply on email or if you call the number you will be on hold for as long as you stay on the call.
Please refund my order ASAP and get out of this business and stop wasting people's valuable time!!!

Buy anywhere else but here. It's a scam service with delivery times that will not be met. Several weeks waiting for parts to be delivered.

You'll see customer service response to reviews saying to contact via email etc... They do not reply...

And you can forget about getting through on the phone...

Take my advice, buy local, buy anywhere but these gangsters.

I have ordered no problem from them as a regular customer since 2020 and never had to return a part and I thought that they where a decent company to deal with

I AM TERRIBLY MISTAKEN !! I made an order of parts that I needed for a customer job and the total
Came to 149.89 I then rang the customer and she couldn’t wait that long for the parts to come so within 15 minutes of making the order I asked to cancel it and get a refund . The man seemed nice and told me I’d be refunded within 48 hours.

2 days went by I checked my account to see if the refund came and NOTHING . So i rang them again and asked what was going on they said to check my messages in the mister auto app so I did and they then told me that they weren’t able to refund me through the card I used to pay them with so the asked for my bank details which I supplied them with They then said you should expect your refund within another 48 hours. So that seemed fine

2 days went by and still nothing I was getting angry at this point and asked again and rang. And I got no answer ! I messaged them through the app and instructed them that if they did not complete the refund within 48 hours I will be seeking legal action and taking further steps so that other customers will avoid making the mistake I made of buying anything ever from this company

Coincidentally 30mins after I sent the last message about threatening legal action I got an email saying my refund had been treated and was told I should have it by the end of the day and you guessed it nothing came !!!

I have since contacted the ombudsman in Ireland for consumer protection and am now righting this review !

HOW IRONIC IS THIS !!! the minute I told them I’d be leaving a review they went we so sorry sir blah blah blah blah and sent the refund. !! A refund that took them 12 days !!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!

Second time I ordered - AND second time I received the wrong item - in the garage and with an NCT time the same day. Needless to say this was costly, new garage appointment, item and NCT appointment. The worst part? They are extremely rude when they finally answer the phone and hang up! Impossible to get my money back. Horrific company.

I ordered from Mister-Auto.ie before, and can't say anything bad about the experience. So I ordered some other items again a little over a week ago, and I'm still of the same opinion.
After I made my second order, I saw the reviews here about Mister-Auto, and got a little worried. It seems most of the bad experiences are recent enough so I thought maybe they have gone downhill. Now, I wasn't in a hurry for the bits, so even if they were a few days, or even week late, it wouldn't have bothered me too much, but in fairness, the order arrived on the estimated day that I was given when I placed the order.
Maybe it was Christmas, and Covid, and supply chains, and everything else had affected delivery times, but my order placed at the end of February arrived on March 2. So if there were issues, they seemed resolved by now.
Overall, it's been a positive experience, and would order from them again.

I have ordered brake disks for skoda octavia 2017 1.6 diesel. they sent me the wrong size. It’s too big. In the app was  showed this disks fit to my car. What I can do now??
