Its a SCAM! Made an order 2 weeks ago but got no updates. Not responding to any of my messages or emails and not picking up calls. Don't buy from this company.

This was a great online shopping experience.
The sale items were great prices and the product arrived sooner than I expected.
Queries were swiftly answered by the team and the final product-Beautiful! Simple , incredibly elegant and no short cuts taken in quality of stitching!

Poor quality stitching & workmanship of the Abaya. Disappointed to see that 1 inch of lace is missing off one sleeve.

The fabric quality of the cap isn’t good, and therefore £6 for a hijab cap is far too much.

No Returns & exchange only for Eid periods should be made MUCH clearer when purchasing. I purchased thinking I will be able to return, and literally repackaged the abaya straight after opening. It wasn’t worthy Eid wear, and today, when checking the return process again on Miss Abaya website, I see the notification re EID orders.

It’s great that you offer student & NHS discounts, but if you want to model on mainstream retailers, please also take the time to put additional website banners during festive periods to explain the small print. E.g Nike over Xmas always have banners re order delivery times, exchange & return extension periods etc.

Not only was the abaya perfect as a Eid gift, the service was quick and would highly recommended. I’m so pleased I found this brand!

Highly recommended. Bought a abaya which subsequently didn't fit right. Returned it & exchanged it for a different size & it was also delivered in a matter of 2 days & fits perfectly. Delighted to have found this shop.

The hijab cap purchased is nothing like the picture. What I ordered was a premium cap with what looks like space for comfort and ease. What I got was a bog standard hijab cap with a tie back from China

My abaya arrived quickly. It was beautifully packaged and really good quality. I love the cute inner slip dress didnt even know that was included!
