Lara from the after sales team has been absolutely amazing for the purchase of my first home.
From the first initial call from when I had my offer accepted to exchanging contracts, Lara has been amazing with communication and liaising between me and the sellers.
I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to get this over the line, her kindness and compassion for her job truly shines through!
As a first-time buyer, the process could have felt overwhelming, but Lara was always available to answer my questions, explain things clearly, and keep me updated. Her patience and support made the whole experience much easier and less stressful.

An incredible 5 star experience from start to finish. Moving house hasn’t been an easy decision for our family but from the second we met Joseph who valued our home we knew we had made the right decision in choosing this estate agent. The whole team at the Diss branch have been incredible at dealing with the many viewings we had in a short space of time. Each member of the team was friendly and professional and was always ready to give me advice along the way to help sell our home. Then just when you couldn’t be happier with the service we were passed to Jasmine in the after sales team who really is a massive asset to the company. I can’t thank her enough for all her support and genuine care for us. Jasmine was always in touch with updating me ant every step and I never felt I was bothering her with my queries.
