Online order AWOL
Online order, 2 sets of mugs. 12 days without being even shipped, no updates. Multiple emails with zero response.
No customer service, order disappeared into thin air, no refund in sight.
Edit: Finally got my Item a month after ordering. but i ordered 2. and the one i ordered was broken. Customer Service replied to my email, asking for photos, then has ghosted me ever since. Its been a week since i've 'recieved' my item.
As far as their online store experience goes 0/5 stars.
Avoid at all cost
Cheats, liars, frauds. They keep writing Japan as if it’s made in Japan. It’s a Chinese company selling cheap Chinese goods packaged as Japanese.
Be careful when you pick up any item, if it breaks even for its bad quality they ask you to pay. If they do so, ask them to call the police, they wouldn’t dare.

Unfair company policy
It’s insane that this store doesn’t do exchange even if I bought the item literally a minute ago. With receipts and items well packaged. The staff will just say it’s company policy. Stupid company policy. Your items are not like super cheap, I can’t understand why you can’t do exchanges!

Just now i had a extremly bad experience in one of the miniso stores in Goa.. where Miniso is in mall de Goa. I was shopping and looking out for sippers..where a sipper from another shelf came crashing down..it got damaged..where i wasnt even there..soon the staff came up to me and said that i had to pay for it..i had to pay 350rs for what i have not done. The staff was very rude and forced me to pay . ( They were telling me that staff should pay otherws,and we cant afford...) They dint allow me to leave..kept on holding me back for 45min..checking the camera.and accusing me..so disrespectful. The showed me the camera where it was not even clear abput the sipper. Honestly it was my absolute horrific experience in miniso.. they dint kbow how to respect and serve the customer.horrible... i will never ever visit it again.. they could have put it into damage cost but no...they forced me to pay 350..
No logo on carry bags
I like miniso but sometime they have overpriced stuff. For eg I saw towels priced at rs. 700. And even if we are paying for the carry bag there is no logo on it in Sri Ganganagar Rajasthan.
Damaged and Old products are sold
Damaged and old products are sold in your store at EA Mall, Chennai. Purchased Frying Pan and found scratches and very old after removing your cover. Very bad
In my opinion, thieves…….
I ordered stuffed animals for my daughters birthday on January 18th. The day after ordering, I received an email stating they were doing their year end inventory and won’t be fulfilling orders until January 23rd. I was highly irritated that they are not upfront with this information before ordering as I would not have placed the order. My daughters birthday has come and gone, today is February 5th and nothing has been shipped to me yet. I have reached out to the company numerous times vis email (phone calls are unanswered and live chat is always unavailable), I have yet to receive any kind of reply about my order. At this point I feel like I was scammed and that this company has basically stolen from me. Absolutely buyer beware with Miniso USA.

Bad experience
Initially I would like to express my absolute resentment of your team in City Centre Almaza branch in Cairo, Egypt. Their attitude is unacceptable at all.
Yesterday at around 3:00 p.m. I have visited the branch and while choosing a water bottle accidentally the bottle fell down because it was not sealed properly and smashed, they rudely asked me to pay for it and in a very humiliating way we went to the casher to check the cameras as if they have caught a thief. The problem of course is not in the money, knowing that i have already paid for it although it is not my fault as the bottle was not closed properly, the problem here is in their attitude and rudeness.
And that girl who claimed to be the branch manager, which I doubt, she refused to tell me her name, and she actually ignored me while talking and gave me her back increasing the music volume which made me nervous, with all my respect she is not qualified enough to fit in this position, she is rude and aggressive when I did highlight the rudeness in her way she told me back that am the one who is rude!!

Cute products - love their stuff and good price. Would be nice to see their plush toys and cushions available online instead of having to go into store. The website isn't the greatest for searching and finding stock.
A scam company
I passed by this shop in Victoria Centre, Nottingham. It’s really a scam. It deceives Britons by the banner saying “From Japan To The World”. What a lie! Shame on it! It’s actually a Chinese company, whose products are from China. They steal the ideas from Japan and how dare the logos are in Japanese!? I should have given minus points.

Deceptive company,bad quality
For starters,this company is deceptive. Not a true japanese brand.
My complaint about this company relies on the fact that initially I believed this store was japanese,but also that the items I bought were of a terrible quality. I bought a licensed Sanrio cinnamoroll purse that ripped at a week of use. Also the clerks are very despotic and rude. Won't buy again.
