Me gustaría destacar la amabilidad de una dependienta, llamada Nerea ,de la tienda Miniso de Xanadú, Madrid.
Me atendió de manera muy educada, muy rápida en resolverme un problemilla y con una gran sonrisa. Da gusto encontrarte con trabajadores así no como las compañeras que me atendieron otro día, que ni ,siquiera, pudieron ayudarme a encontrar un regalo que buscaba porque tenían que colocar las estanterías....

I like Miniso
I like Miniso, personally. It’s a very charming place, filled with all sorts of different items imaginable. The quality is great, however, at times, the price is not the most justifiable or appealing to customers (therefore the 4 stars).

In Hurst Texas, Northeast Mall on 10-25-25: The music blasting in this store-- a store full of cute little things that children, mostly girls, are in there for -- has the following lyrics "Am I sexual? Everybody rock your body. Rock your body right !" Then another song says "Don't you want your skin to touch my skin? It's only natural," then of course Lady Gaga comes on spouting who knows what. This is some Epstein level garbage -- stop using it in your store!

It was very bad I bought a wooden craft rose and teh instructions were very bad and not understanding and every piece I put in another piece breaks and I bought a burj khalifa Lego and the same thing and they didn’t let me return it or exchange it because apparently I “opened it” which ofc I’m gonna do cus how I’m gonna know it’s easy or hard

Ho visitato il negozio Miniso di Avellino e per 2 volte mi è capitata la stessa esperienza. Alla cassa la commessa mi dice che non ha i centesimi di resto. Specifico che molti prodotti hanno il prezzo ‘virgola 99’ e sebbene sorpresa ho lasciato perdere. 2 settimane dopo, di nuovo alla cassa la commessa mi dice che “non accettano centesimi” anche se io non volevo dargliene, ma riceverne 3 di resto. Mi chiedo: è una truffa fiscale? Una mancia occulta? Forse la società dovrebbe sapere ciò che succede in negozio. Alla fine della giornata c’è un bel gruzzolo!

I placed an order about 4 am on Monday and 7 days later my items hadn’t arrived I looked at my account and realised the items were still sitting in processing. I contacted the support team asking why my products haven’t been shipped yet, why I haven’t been informed there is a problem with my order all the normal questions you would ask, customer support took the full 72 hours to respond to something so vague I wondered why they even bothered. I emails back asking why why order was sitting in processing for 8 days and received no response to that or the other email I sent
I only received half the order and one incorrect product.
No I wouldn’t even bother with them, they really was no business ethics
I spent longer writing my emails then I did placing my order

Order took two weeks and still not delivered. I read reviews and got really worried so I emailed the support team. They responded and apologised my item was delivered within 3 days of response. On this basis they were really quick to rectify the situation. Although I feel I would rather buy direct from shop and not on line.

If I could give zero stars I would. They don’t post that if an item is 50% off you cannot return it. There is no realistic way to reach any type of central customer service. The store manager where I shopped should not be allowed to interact with people. He is disrespectful, rude, intimidating and when you try to be polite and reasonable he tells you “get out of my store!” He also threatens to call security…on someone who was polite and trying to be reasonable with him. The store isn’t very busy and seems to have just one clerk…who was very nice. But the manager was just awful. So neither I nor anyone I know will ever shop there again. They are not customer friendly and seem to think the customer is there to serve them, not vice versa. It was a very bizarre experience.

This was my first and last purchase from Miniso. It stopped working two days after I bought it, so I took it to an exchange. They blamed it on my using a powerful rechargeable battery. I explained it wasn't broken when it wasn't charged, but they didn't believe me. They later replaced it with a new one, but it broke again after a week, and this time, it wouldn't turn off.👎
Terrible store
Garbage store security guard follows people like breathing down your neck so tomorrow I’m gonna go buy a fidget cube at another store and rub it in his face. Then walk out with it and be like yeah not yours bye! This is the store on Granville street! And fyi Mr security guard your job is to watch the merchandise not profile people I wonder how you’d like it if people did that to you because of your skin color I bet you’d be pulling the race card!

Entriamo io e mia moglie nello Shop incuriositi, poiché siamo genitori e volevamo capirci di più sul brand Miniso.
La prima cosa che ci colpisce è il fatto che la commessa (se così vorremmo chiamarla) stesse ascoltando canzoni neomelodiche napoletane con l'impianto audio del negozio.
Ovviamente alle 18.39 siamo già fuori dal negozio.
Sono sicuro che questi non sono i valori del brand, ma da imprenditore mi sento di inviarvi questo feedback affinché lo store ad Avellino migliorasse la customer experience.
Consiglio vivamente di indagare e approfondire il caso con la diretta interessata, poiché quest'ultima non credo abbia compreso di lavorare in una multinazionale.
