After some initial confusion, as we were given the order number of the first order that had the incorrect address on it. This led to the same order being investigated again, we realised that your most recent order was not the reference that you had emailed to us, and discovered that your new order was being sent to the address you provided us with in France, as intended. We had sent you an email to clarify all of this, so we’re very sorry if you haven’t received it.
The information you have provided in your review is not entirely correct, as your first order was due to be sent to a British address, however, France had been entered as the destination country which is what caused the package to be redirected. This was not an issue created by our ordering system.
We have only ever worked with the information which has been provided to us, so I’m very sorry that you feel this deserves a 1 star review, but we will take your comments on board as all customer feedback is important to us, as it helps us to improve the service that we offer.
Your order should be safely with you soon. If there are any problems, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team who will be happy to help.

I have just received my second order…
I have just received my second order over the Christmas, New Year period. This time, I ordered an unfinished storage unit, coffee table, a cushion and two brass candlesticks. All beutifully made and at really good prices. The best things is that I only paid one postage charge for all items.
