After using the size guide when the items FINALLY arrived they were too small, with a quality I'd expect if I had paid half the price.

I knew I would have to pay to return but did not expect to have to pay to return to America.

Anyway, they offered a 20% refund and to keep the item, then a 50%, finally a 70% all the while I was simply asking for a return address. Of course, it costs more to return the item to America then the loss I'll make accepting a 70% discount.

Worst company ever. Also the delivery company (GoFo) is terible. Just dont order here i had to check the reviews before ordering. All money gone and they just dont help u at all. Terrible service!!

Made an order of maternity/nursing bras as they looked lovely online. I made an order 30/05/26 and did not receive delivery until 15/06/26 which is outside of timescales on their website. I contacted MiniMama for a return and refund due to the items not fitting and not being as expected. I contacted them to process a return as per their website. I was initially offered to keep the items and receive size replacements which I declined, as would rather a return and refund. I was then offered a 25% refund without returning the items, then when I disputed this with them, they have offered a 50% refund and finally a 70% refund without returning the items. The website states that return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility, however I was not provided with details to understand how much the return shipping may be as MiniMama has stated that this is costly. Their website does not state anything about not getting a refund on items and anticipated return shipping fees. I am not satisfied with the responses from MiniMama to resolve this and it is going again the Consumers Act 2015.

The bras are not true to their size guide and do not offer the support needed in a nursing /maternity bra.

The items are drop shipped from China and are of poor quality due to this.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID as it is a scam!

Absolute scam - bought these maternity bras after seeing a Facebook ad, and the quality of the bras was abysmal, and nothing like the bras shown on the website - the padding felt like cardboard, and the sizes were completely wrong.
Reached out to arrange a return, and they wanted me to pay for shipping them to China, and I'd only receive a 50% refund even after that! After complaining and pestering via emails, they eventually offered a 75% refund, but I ended up going through PayPal instead and got a full refund through them.

DO NOT BUY from these people, it is a massive scam and they're trying to take advantage of pregnant or postpartum mums that are financially struggling and looking for good quality and value - this is not it.

The exact same bras can be found on Aliexpress. I ordered 6 nursing bras of the same size and 3 of them are bigger than the other 3 who are more true to size. Also on a specific color the design changes a bit. The buy 3 and get 3 free offer is often a sign of drop shipping. All of these things are red flags. The bras themselves are comfortable, but I could have potentially bought them for less money. The shipping takes so long too. They put on a brand and nice pictures but it's clear they aren't designing them and manufacturing them.

Levering duurt 1 maand (kwam uit China?!), vervolgens is het item te klein, maat klopt niet volgens wat er op de website staat. Retourneren is niet mogelijk of op eigen kosten, hun oplossing? Een belachelijke refund van 25%... Koop hier niets!

Dropshipping scam! Ze pretenderen een Amerikaans bedrijf te zijn en hebben ook als adres een adres daar vandaan, maar de bh’s hebben enkel Chinese stickers en volgens de tracking komen ze ook daar vandaan. De kwaliteit is bagger en hun aanbevolen maten slaan nergens op. Vooral de cups zelf zijn mega klein en de bh’s bieden 0 ondersteuning. Bij eventuele vragen over terugsturen maken ze het je expres onmogelijk en willen ze enkel 15-25% van je aankoopbedrag terug storten. Koop hier niks!

Ik heb 3 bh's gekocht. Ik wil dit retourneren en mijn geld terug. Ik heb een mail ontvangen dat ik de bh's mag houden en andere maat moet doorgeven. Helaas heb ik al de grootste maat. Daarna nog een mail gekregen dat ik het niet hoeft te retourneren maar krijg maar 25% van het aankoopbedrag terug. Nergens staat het retourbeleid!
