I have been renting servers with you guys for over 4 years now. There is a reason for this: you offer quality services at an inexpensive price. It is so great to be able to come home from college on breaks and purchase a server for my friends and me to play on. I appreciate all the updates over the years like the new FTP and console upgrades and the freedom that I am given with my server. Always keep doing what you are doing :)

I rented a server for a group of kids…
I rented a server for a group of kids to play while we are waiting on the school quarantine to be lifted. At first it seemed good. 2 days in the server had a few lag spikes. I was showing random crazy ping times. It was on a Friday at 4pmEST. Then I had an issue and had to redo the file server. I went to use my FTP client through Filezilla. It was set into passive mode and I had used it flawlessly for the past 3 days. It started having connection issues. I ran a pingplotter and seemed to be having issues at the host. I contacted support and told them it was timing out. They sent me a thing back telling me to use Filezilla or Winscp without even reading the ticket information. I asked if they even bothered reading it. They came back and said it was me using filezilla and not winscp. So I switched. It made no difference. I closed the ticket and waited an hour since they were offering no real help. The web based ftp was also randomly stopped working. The console on the server page also was timing out. After roughly an hour I decided to ask for a refund and cancellation since they weren't willing to look into it. The host took great offense I questioned the reliability of their network and proceeded to ignore my cancellation and refund request. The main point is they responded quickly they said. I agree they did. Unhelpful information and ignoring what was said doesn't negate speedy response time. They advised they could access the ftp just fine so it must be me. I advised it was coming and going. They said the problem was I just wasn't using passive mode and that would resolve all my issues. Filezilla defaults to passive mode as it is the most common FTP method. I verified it was and advised it had been in passive already. They are just now letting the ticket sit unanswered. I would beware if using this service. Upload speed by ftp were also limited to 1 meg. I am trying another host for the moment but may end up renting a normal dedicated server if this doesn't work out.
Since the company replied I am updating my review. The 3$ order was for 10 days to test their service before committing to 2 higher tier orders. Frankly I don't care if I paid 3.00 or 250 per month, as we used to for our last dedicated server, the issue I had was any complaint was dismissed or turned around. Not once was network usage brought up. It was only tutorials over and over on how to use a FTP. They even went as far to delete all the condescending messages from the ticket earlier on they had posted. I personally take issue with their business etiquette and customer service quality. Any company that will not take the time to actually read what you say and be honest at the time will get no business nor respect from me. If their network is being overloaded? Be honest and I would be fine. If your server is overloaded? Cool move me to another one. Don't keep putting the blame on the customer that they don't know how to connect with something as simple as an FTP. The time and effort it took to resetup the server because their FTP was broken was not worth giving them a shot. This is the companies attitude they sent me in a support ticket response:

After Weeks of having issues on our server with No Nether Fortresses loading in. We had an AMAZING admin literally join our server help us with the issue and had it resolved .
Just plain bad
Just plain bad. Though it boasts the capability to run a modded server, it does not. It is laggy, hiccups constantly and crashes frequently. Played for almost 3 hours and spent half of that unable to play.

Horrendous Support
Their support team is absolutely awful. They took a full week to respond to my ticket with a pointless question. Problem was never solved, switched to a different provider. MCProHosting was able to fix the issue in 5 minutes through LiveChat support. Don’t use this site!
DO NOT BUY
Servers are laggy, support never gets back to you, pretty much a huge scam.
An update
So at first ive thought they was just really poor at offer text support and whatnot.
Then i come back from Birthday been away about 3 full days and i thought well now they would of anserwered me for sure right?
Server does no longer exist in the panel, (not even renewable) not that i ever would..
My support tickets all deleted too.
Thats just not acceptable to do and i consider it as scamming and fraud
1. they didnt deliver a server working.
* bought one half the ram other site with much less lag
2. text support is none existing. like even as an advanced user there is just some things you cannot fix by yourself from your end. so they need to be reachable at worst case.
3. The world data, Player data's where mine and they had no right to delete before time.
I mean my first server worked fine but most likely just because it was 1.12 and took so little resource that 10% of the cpu and ram specified could run it smoothly.
Bottom line: So yeah i don't recommend it at all if you want a server that dosent lag, keeps world saved frequently, and overall if your trying to make a community server this just wont cut it
