Amazing service
I’ve gotten the rings I haven’t worn for years bigger that I’ve been told by other jewellers can’t be made bigger before and repaired a bracelet and shortened a necklace. Donika was very professional and helpful. The pricing is reasonable and well explained. The jewellery was ready to collect the same week and looked super bright and shiny as it was thoroughly cleaned also. Amazing and pleasant service.

Sweta is a star
I wanted to part exchange my broken bangle for 2 new ones that would not be too fragile.
Sweta was so lovely and very helpful.
I was offered a fair price for the broken bangle and she helped me find perfect ones.
I was offered drinks and sweets and samosas which was above and beyond, once I said I had come from Brighton that morning.

Very helpful staff! I called a few jewelry stores looking for men earrings, and Minar was the most helpful! I was able to find what I needed. Great selection on earrings for men. Thank you Sweta for your amazing service. Highly recommend if you’re looking for variety of selections. Will be visiting again/ adding to my favourite jewellery shop!

Such an amazing experience from start…
Such an amazing experience from start to finish. Wanted to sell some old gold jewellery and decided on this jeweller based on other reviews. Everything was explained in detail, the gold was weighed and everything documented clearly. The selling price was explained and the money was in our account by the time we left the shop.
Such transparency and excellent customer service. Offered a drink and even food if we wanted and spent a lovely hour with the owner Pravin while everything was being evaluated.
I would not hesitate to recommend this jeweller and will definitely be back to get an honest evaluation of the rest of my jewellery.

Minar jewellers are mindful of their customers.
My nose ring was posted in good time however there was an issue with my address and Sylwia contacted me to let me know that my parcel was returned and requested for the correct address. I'm so happy with the kindness. I received my nose ring and it was well packed best thing I have bought for myself. I will definitely buy again and refer friends.

Popped in just before lunch time & I was attended by Sweta who happened to solve a problem I had with my gold chain on the spot, and was kept waiting for no more than a total of 15min. From entry into the jewellers, to repair, to exit. Very friendly and attentive with a professional attitude. Was even offered coffee while waiting but the repair was so quick the coffee was unnecessary. Minar Jewellers may now become my go-to.
