The dress wasn’t as described. I received the dress about two weeks after ordering however once opened I realized it was the totoally wrong colour. I ordered a royal blue glittery prom dress and it was infact navy with glitter on it which looked ibcredibly cheap. It also clearly stated in the size guide that a built-in bra was fitted however it didn’t have any kind of built-in bra and the fabric was incredibly thin. I tried to contact the seller for a refund however they didn’t respond and gave me 7 days to return all the way back to china! Very disappointed as the dress looked lovely on the website.

This dress is exactly what my daughter has been dreaming of for senior prom! Great quality and beautiful! It fits perfectly! Thank you for your great service!

The process of selecting and ordering the dress was easy and the dress was delivered on time. My daughter and I loved the dress and the quality was great. I will definitely use this site for future purchases.

Awful! I placed 1 order and within 30 mins I contacted their online chat to cancel. I then realized their site had put in a second identical order and charged me again. I know this because I looked at it originally to contact and it was just the 1 order, then I got an email about the second. I asked them to cancel both and they said they would. A week later it said it was in the process stage and still no refund. I emailed them and they told me they had started production and could only give me a partial refund. I showed them screen shots of my conversation and still they refused. It has taken weeks and still they refuse.

Worst company to deal with. Received a dress that looks nothing like the picture. Have emailed and texted, four times about returning it and have not received one response from this company. I would never buy anything from this company.

If I could give zero stars I would . A total scam ! Left my daughter in tears with no time to order another !

I love my dress, it's very pretty. It came right on time for my prom. And I also got soooo many compliments on it.

I ordered a dress from this site back in April for my graduation in May of this year. First off let me just say when I got the dress it had no tags what so ever, the color was ugly it did not match the site advertisement, the pink looked like it was dirty, when I tried the dress in it start to come apart the threads on the dress literally was falling apart. The dress was very cheap and ugly not what I was expecting at all. I emailed them about a refund and no one got back to me. So I go to PayPal to request my refund. I sent pictures and a video of how horrible this dress was. They offered me 10 percent of my purchase back and said that they cannot afford to give me my whole refund back. PayPal granted me my refund then took it back and sided with this site. Even after I sent over their return policy if your dress was defected you are entitled to a full refund. They lied to PayPal and stated that my dress was made to order and there is no refund on made to order dresses. So I showed them that I did not place an order for a special made dress. So they continued to lie and say well we make all of our dresses to order even the ready to order dresses. So I say how when I never gave you my sizes of my body and how I want it no one ever contacted me for a made to order dress. So with all of that back and forth PayPal still declined my refund. If I were you I would stay away from this site and any positive review is a lie. They send out bogus low budget dresses. The only thing was accurate was the shipping process. I still have not got my refund back and I am pissed about it. I wish they had an option to upload pictures and videos.

The dress I received is materially different from the product shown and described on the website — the color, fabric, slit placement, mesh, and beading are all incorrect.

Do not order with this company. They also will not admit that they provide cheap imitation and will not refund for misrepresentation!!!!!

Dresses are not overly expensive and mine came with no issues. Dresses are great quality and very pretty. Looked just like the picture and very soft and comfortable to dance in all night.

I ordered the Mermaid Sweetheart Satin Corset Prom Dress in red. I loved it!! Got so many compliments, I was scared because of all the bad reviews but it was perfect. It took 2 weeks to come but was hard to track. I usually wear a size 8 but I ordered a size 6 and it fit fine.

I saw this dress and took a chance. I thought it would be perfect for the costume/cosplay I was going for. I am in no way a seamstress so I needed to buy something and it’s not easy finding a gold dress like this. I got a lot of compliments on it too!

Went to return the dress after it didn’t for the same day we received it. Followed their guidelines. Received one email and then they stopped communicating so we could not return it.

Will give them no stars. We paid for expedited shipping was told it was going to arrive 4/28/2025…prom was May 2nd. Did not arrive until a week later. They refuse to take the return and say they cannot refund us. They are a scam the quality of the dresses are cheap and do not order from them! Horrible customer service!

I ordered a lilac dress, and what was sent was pink. Was told they could not return it do to them making the correct color. They sent me a Picture of thr dress they made and it was not the dress I received. Dave yourself a horrible experience and do not order from them!!

I am extremely unhappy with my dress. I took all of my sizings before ordering the dress, it has come too tight and too big in some areas. The quality is very poor for the price. I requested a return and refund and have been told i cannot return it and receive a refund because it is my fault i got the wrong size.

This place is trash. The dress fit horribly also came late. When I reached out to return they treated me so poorly. Custom service was atrocious.

Do not order from them. We ordered a dress with custom sizing and they made it 4.5 inches too big in the waist, which is absurd, especially for a fitted dress. It also took more than twice as long as quoted to get here. Their customer service is horrid and I have been fighting with them to return the unwearable dress for a refund and am now having to dispute with my CC because all they will offer is a partial refund.
