Millets Tenby - fabulous team.

Today my husband and I visited Millets in Tenby. We wanted some lined winter trousers that hadn't come in yet but Martin looked carefully through stock to check and advised us how to buy them online. We also purchased some tee shirts and wanted a hat but it was more expensive than we would pay at our local branch of go outdoors using our paid for membership. Throughout all of this the team were helpful and friendly. Linda took our tee shirts from us to free our hands as I have a walking stick and we had two dogs to manage. Then Stu jumped in and said to save us a 100 mile round trip to our local store he would price match the hat and even though he couldn’t give us membership price it would save us the cost of doggy day care, fuel and parking and best part of a day. Hard to describe the way the three of them worked together as one super assistant. Thanks guys it’s lovely to see a caring, happy, welcoming team at work. Wendy and Paul from Anglesey

Went in pouring rain and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Allowed to try various items including one that needed unpacking, no problem. Did buy a cheaper item than most because it suited my needs best but no problem and checkout just as good taking things for repackaging with a smile.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Almost closing time but didn’t feel rushed at all.

Excellent service in this store, used this store many times since opening and the staff are always so helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them and when they didn't have my hiking boot size they ordered my size online and had it delivered to my home address, absolutely fabulous
