Easy to navigate website. Knew what I wanted to order so easy to find. Good comms and delivered to local store where staff were very helpful.

I was shopping for a pair of waterproof walking shoes which would reduce the pain in my foot (caused by a medical condition) when walking. George offered assistance, explaining the difference between the various styles and features available.

After considering his input, I selected a pair to try and amazingly they fit my needs perfectly. I am delighted with my purchase. Thank you, George.

Website said delivery on Weds but wait for confirmation. Was passing shop on Thursday so just called in. Helpful lady said that items were still in transit but were delayed which was not a problem to me. If not there by Saturday she recommended that I call customer services, however, the very next day the same lady from the shop rang me to say that order had just arrived. Top marks to her as she was extremely helpful.

George at Millets in Louth is brilliant. He's always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient.

Over se eral visits he's helped us with everything from choosing Christmas gifts for the family—carefully accommodating everyone's different tastes, sizes, and practical needs—to kitting out the kids for their DofE expeditions. His advice is always tailored to what you actually need, whether it's affordable clothing for a one-off event or festival, or durable kit and clothing that's built to last and withstand regular use.

On our recent visit, he even got a camping bed out of the bag and took the time to show us exactly how to put it together, which was hugely appreciated. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and he genuinely wants customers to leave with the right equipment rather than simply making a sale.

George is a real credit to Millets. His excellent customer service, practical knowledge, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile are the reasons we visit so often. We highly recommend a visit 😀

As always, the staff, were very helpful and I was able to purchase exactly what I was looking for. Kelly pointed out to me that I could purchase an item for a minimal amount and then get 50% off my other purchases!

Tom really went out of his way with my son when he brought a sleeping bag, making sure it was the right size for him, even showing him how to roll it back up to get back in the bag
