Absolutely fantastic shop, great kit and customer support from Mark around compass choice really helped navigate me to what I needed, bearing in mind you don't buy one every day. I also bought the West of the package with a map holder to keep things dry.

Amy who works at the Millets store at Keswick provided us with excellent customer service during our visit on Monday September the 25th, she was very knowledgeable about the items in store and was very helpful in assisting/advising my husband regarding the best walking shoes to meet his requirements. Extremely helpful lady in there, unfortunately the receipt doesn't have her name, she saw me struggling to find exactly what i wanted and came over un promted to help me out and find the right size and lengh plus colour she's a credit to the store - the store was clean tidy and accessible for disabled visitors
