Last minute Christmas gift!!
Came in on Christmas Eve looking for a last minute specific gift, although millets does not sell exactly what I was looking for, Tamsin helped me find something near identical - saving Christmas as this was the last gift needed! Tamsin was incredibly helpful and even showed me to the product.
Kit served me on the tills who was very friendly and had great interactions with customers.
More shops need helpful, friendly and smiley staff like Kit and Tamsin, a credit to the store and brand.

Great store with a great team
The team at Millets Hitchin are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the shop is an asset to the town. I needed a few last minute bits before a big trip and the team were happy to help me find the right gear, even letting me inflate a travel pillow to check it was right. Thanks especially to Tamsin for then helping me get a second one later that same day, remembering exactly which I had chosen!
