Fantastic customer experience. Suzannah couldn’t have been more helpful, myself and a work colleague popped in on 27th November and each bought some clothing, and Suzannah was a pleasure to meet. Very helpful and very pleasant. Will definitely be going in there again.

Great in-person advice from Keira
Great in-person advice from Keira about the best walking boots for my wide feet. A helpful, while light touch approach ensured i got the right boots with a great price. I would have potentially wasted a week had i shopped around online so very happy to have ventured into the physical store

They were great
They were great! Really helps me get my cadet boots and weren’t pushing me to get expensive stuff just trying to make me have an all around great experience. Super welcoming and kind would recommend you go there and visit they have a wide range of outdoor stuff not just boot so 5/5 definitely worth going!!

Buying walking shoes alone
Buying walking shoes alone. Turns out it is easy here as Suzannah talked me through my choices and found a size that fitted well as I tried on what I thought was my size. She knows how each brand is different and I didn't feel under any pressure. Successful purchase for me with only a short visit.

Great support from Max and the Millets team. We needed 2 fleeces for age 13-14, in the end found an adult one we liked in size XS but there was only one - so the 2nd was ordered for delivery to us and they also managed to secure us a discount to boot. Many thanks!
